The victim, who has been identified as 40-year-old Roman J. Mitchell of the 400 block of Camero Court in Henrico County, was pronounced dead at the scene.

I wonder why she has an alias.

Imho LE should probably know if she made it to the greyhound and if she bought a ticket and to where.
