Selena Jah’nyrah Fernandez was last seen at 2142 Jefferson Davis Highway around 10 p.m. on Sept. 16.

Fernandez is described as having black hair and brown eyes weighing at 160 pounds. Fernandez is 5′1″ tall and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and black pants.

According to police, Fernandez is believed to be abducted by Rodney Richards, who is described as having black hair, brown eyes weighing 230 pounds and 5′10″ inches tall.

Richards made threats of using a firearm to ‘shoot up’ the business where the abduction occurred and has been stopped in Stafford County last month with pistol ammunition.

Richards was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and black jeans and was driving a white 4-door Honda Sedan.

Selena Fernandez abducted by man in Stafford County: Amber Alert

She was allegedly abducted by a 19-year-old boy in a convenience store.

Witness told them that Fernandez entered the store "visibly distraught." They said Fernandez asked to use the phone to call a relative for a ride and a clerk gave her one.

Then Richards came into the store and took the phone from Fernandez. They said Richards removed Fernandez from the store by force.

Fernandez and Richards were last seen leaving the convenience store going southbound on Jefferson Davis Highway in a white older model four-door sedan. Police believe it is a Honda Accord.

Richard is an acquaintance of Fernandez and also has a Spotsylvania address.

Witness didn't mention a gun?? So it wasn't random.. She knew him, but that doesn't alter the fact she was taken under duress. Hope it is just a lover's tiff and she will be released unharmed. JMOO
