Brown was last seen in Virginia Beach, Virginia on July 27, 2020. He may have been sighted getting into the water off 86th Street. He has never been heard from again. Few details are available in his case.

I remember when this happened, but I can't find the local news or newspaper articles on it. 86th Street is at the north end after Atlantic Ave splits off from Shore Drive which turns away from the ocean. Less crowded area of the beach and a bit further away from the hotels. The nearest hotel is the Best Western 1.5 miles south. More residential than commercial. He either lived on 86th Street or knew someone who did live there from what I remember.

HE HAS METAL PINS IN HIS LEFT HIP AND LEG AND A TITANIUM ROD IN HIS RIGHT LEG. HE HAS SEVERAL SCARS ON HIS LEGS AND A SCAR ON HIS NECK. HE MAY BE IN NEED OF MEDICAL ATTENTION.

Wow! That's fairly quick for someone to be declared deceased while still missing. Makes me wonder what part the witness accounts played in that decision.
