MISTRIAL Vanderbilt Rape Trial - Brandon Vandenburg and Cory Batey

I started a new thread for the retrial: "TN - Vanderbilt Rape Retrial". Opening statements are slated for Monday, 4/4. Only one defendant -- Cory Batey -- is being tried. Brandon Vandenburg's case was postponed because one of his lawyers is ill.
