Made all the edit changes. Quick question for anyone please. I have 2 sometimes 3 different WS tabs open on my computer, various threads. Would that also slow things down overall? The other tabs are just ones I am reading, but I am intently following this thread, so if it would help, I will gladly just have one WS tab open while the site is so busy. I imagine I am not the only one with more than one window open. Thanks

I am sorry but I have to say that all the women on this case for HLN.. BK and JC and JVM and NG are all doing a bang up job, and after some thought I think JC keeps it interesting by posing the other veiwpoint regardless if it adds to her popularity.

rock on women of cable news...rock on...respect a tough job...

JC is a hazard to journalism. Every time I see her on the teevee I want jump into a haz mat suit.

Other than that I'm sure she's a lovely person.

Except for adnoid, you guys can tell about as well as we can. When y'all start the "big spin", mods are riding the same merry-go-round. The only things that we know differently are the strict instructions adnoid has left us with that might help if we start dragging. That was what SoSueMe's post was addressing and my post asking folks to refrain from posting off topic graphics and pics.

I can't see how the jurors are dressed to be a huge factor, as has been previously said they'll go right back for the second phase. I want them to be as comfortable as possible given the task they have at hand.

I think of her as the court "jane of all trades." She does everything in that courtroom. Young pretty girl with long brown hair and glasses. Always rushing around, brings in the jury, sits at the desk with the big digital clock.

I used to work night shift at the hospital and we paged the doctors overhead. We had Dr. Butt, and Dr. Bauls. One night, we were blowing balloons up for some function and my partner took a suck of helium and paged Dr.'s Butt and Bauls......You could hear laughter all over the hospital. The doctor's weren't quite as amused. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Trauma doctor was Dr. Hacker.... It was such a sad place to work sometimes that you took your humor where you could find it!

My 1st OB/GYN was Dr. Gross... but he was soooo good looking! Made me nervous a bit when he was taking a look "down there" LOL! I was only 18 and pregnant. :blushing:

You really have to wonder where they find the 911 operators. They fail us so many times. Surely they get training! I have to wonder if people event are for one another anymore.

ITA, there is no blaming his attitude or need to get off the phone on anything other than unconcern. I've worked emergency situations, and his response and attitude is beyond repulsive to me.

You HAVE to keep your head about you when dealing with stuff like this, but you cannot be dismissive or curt. He should have stayed on the line and gathered more information - she could have been dead by the time police got there. So disgusted!
