Is there any other explanation to them coming in an hour later than THEIR OWN SET SCHEDULE...on the second day??

At this point, I can't think of one serious juror that would cause the entire jury to break that schedule...that again, they set themselves!!! No one would have an appointment they couldn't cancel/reschedule. Nothing "life threatening" would delay only 1 HOUR!!!

Nothing else makes sense to me. At all. I can't come up with ANYTHING!!!

If one of you can, I would gladly listen.

Thanks for posting was looking for it to post for comparison. What I do hope is the he is military rather than artist but either way the intense gaze, for me anyway, made me think that perhaps he is military. I staunchly believe in our Military they are the protectors of justice and know what real PTSD is. I am keeping my fingers crossed
I think whoever he is, #18 is an alternate.

Hah, you very astutely picked that up.....

Everyone wants the verdict right now, but patience young grasshopper, your patience will be rewarded.....

....for some reason it makes me happy to be called "young grasshopper".....:floorlaugh:

Wendy andriano was a 3 hr deliberation. Marjorie Orbin was 7 hrs and a 7 mth trial. Our DP trials were 6 and 3 hr deliberations. All convictions

Our DP verdict took 3 hrs deliberation. Fortunately for us, however painful to watch, was video of the murder. He is on DR, with who knows how many more appeals, but we are confident he will keep his appointment with the needle.

Many prayers for you Katie. Many positive thoughts directed your way. You are loved and admired!

re JA's tweet considering suicide, who can ever forget her testifying that she was gonna commit suicide but the razor cut hurt too bad. And....to...think...what...she...did...to...Travis!

JMO- the jury should help her out by providing an "assisted suicide" that she would beg for if she killed Travis. She won't feel a thing.

OH...another question for y'all!!

Do you guys REALLY think that Jodi herself is actually tweeting that stuff? Meaning she is the one behind the keyboard?

I don't, for one second. That's Donovan or someone else close to her.

Do inmates - either in jail or prison - have that type of internet access?

Rush hour will be over and because they plan on delivering the verdict today, they decided to come in an hour late because they probably won't be leaving the courthouse by 4:30pm. It gives everyone a chance to have a good breakfast, gussy up and arrive for their big day. :twocents:

Right there with ya! I even told my family to expect me gone during the day during that trial...I'll be at the courthouse, in the courtroom. Looking forward to that woman getting justice served to her. I'm verrrry curious as to what additional evidence the DA's office has dug up on her....

O/T sorry, nervous typing...

For me, the big advantage would be that the AS trial would be in the same time zone. Don't know how the posters from Australia and the UK deal with it.

Jodi has won and she knows it. Juan botched the case when he conspired with Dr. Horn to score a cheap shot against Jody. Unfortunately, this cheap shot was nonsensical crap (knife-first) and now the jury will either acquit on self-defense or convict of manslaughter. I'm 99.999% confident of that.

BBM
Would you kindly provide me with the winning numbers for the Wednesday drawing of the California Lotto?

TIA.

Good morning all! Happy verdict day! The fact that the jury is starting late today is 100% evidence to me of a verdict. In addition, the fact that by all accounts (except JINKA-saurus') they looked chatty and relaxed going into the elevators together only confirms my belief that they are in agreement AND that the conviction is 1st degree. The jury HAS convicted her...and you can mark my words on that...lol.
