The last Atlanta trial I watched was that horrible guy that hired hit men to kill his beautiful wife. The hit occurred in her car with her two young children looking on. Even his star attorney couldn't save him.

I think it was WildAboutTrial who tweeted around maybe 3 or 3:30 or so Arizona time that he saw Valerie (I think the bailiff) taking a bunch of folders into the jury room. I was thinking could this be the paperwork they have to fill out once they reach the verdict? Because later Beth Karas reported that there were no questions asked by the jury and they did not ask for any evidence/testimony to see.

I was thinking the same thing yesterday until I realized what WAT actually said was Valerie got on the ELEVATOR with a bunch of folders. (A REAL sleuth would have told us what floor she got off on and what color shoes she was wearing.):floorlaugh:

I will be very worried if the jurors come in dressed up today. If they convict murder one they move on to the penalty phase which means they cannot talk to the media. The trial isn't over until she is sentenced and the jury makes the decision on LWOP or DP.

If they are giving her second degree then they will be able to talk. If they are dressed up or something then prepare your self because it could mean they found her guilty of one of the lesser charges.

I think Juan proved his case. His closing was really good and I still think murder one is the charge she will be found guilty of. I am not trying to be negative, but please don't hope the jury is dressed up and ready to give interviews!

Oh...oh...oh I forgot to say..... I posted a note to KCL on the courtroom observers thread. Just got back from a short mission in Afghanistan and it is official that Jodi has gone international. In talking with troops and Afghans the concensus is, she is truly the most vile human speciman know to mankind.

MY brother is in Afghanistan, and he say's EVERYONE is aware of this case. And EVERYONE believes she should be put to death.

My recommendation: go about your lives. Do what you need to do. It doesn't require a vigil for a verdict to come in. And it will be on the news in like 10 seconds afterwards--you won't be able to avoid it even if you try! Sitting and staring nervously at HLN or a computer screen isn't going to make the process go any faster, or any different.
