That's what they say now..

I don't understand why you are so convinced that obvious professionals would lie over something that, IMO, doesn't change ANYTHING!!!!!

In order for what you are talking about to make any difference to anything...you have completely ignored all of the premeditation evidence.

You have ignored Jodi's MANY PROVEN LIES!!!!

But I guess I am done with trying to reason with you. You may be gunshy about a guilty verdict, or truly confused or truly want Jodi to go free. I don't know what's in your head.

Focusing on these very trivial matters when there is soooooo much more to this whole thing makes no sense to me.

....feeling very confident....:dance::cheer:

Me too. May the horrible burden that Travis's friends and family have been shouldering these past five years be shoved down JA's lying throat today.

Thanks KCL for all of your insight and stories. May this be the day, that Travis and his loved ones find some measure of peace.

Game on JA! May your commissary account be full of replicas of JVM's mullet and may you never find a day of peace.

Who is Kiefer?

Michael Kiefer is the main local print (well online) journalist "covering" this trial. He's become more of a biased editorialist though.

IMO, we should be getting the verdict reached announcement any time now!

Ummm no. They will not announce the jury has a verdict before the jury even gets there today! :banghead:

FACT: There was no second walmart in Salinas in 2008.

FACT: Jodi lied on the stand and said she returned the 3rd gas can.

SIMPLE SIMPLE :banghead:

Unless I'm mistaken, Horn didn't have a conversation with Flores. Flores watched the autopsy from the viewing gallery, but they never had a conversation.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but the ME autopsy rooms in the Maricopa County ME's building have a large window, intercom, and a small "door" that can be opened to pass notes or info back and forth between Detectives, others, and the ME. It's a very sterile environment and I don't believe anyone but the ME's and their assistants are allowed in the actual autopsy room. They're really aware of "cross contamination" issues. I think this was in place pre-2008.......:twocents:

Sorry to be cluless, but who's Kiefer?

I think they reached a verdict and the 10:00 start time is so they have time to get i there, confirm (hopefully) no one changed their mind, fill out the paperwork, announce the verdict.......

Then they want to go to lunch and drink. A Lot. Maybe a private banquet room somewhere so they can really let it out. (Maybe they've invited #8 and he can be the designated driver!)

A 9:00 start time woudl have had them drinking at 10:30 or 11:00, maybe too early for them?

That's why I think it's 10:00 start.

In a very short time, her "hard earned" commisarry fund is gonna ripped from her bony hands. But shhhhhhh....

They might get all dressed up for a murder one verdict just for Travis's family...

But I agree, that thought worried me too.

Would be something if they all came out of the jury room wearing blue ribbons!

Ummm no. They will not announce the jury has a verdict before the jury even gets there today! :banghead:

If they reached a verdict late yesterday, why not?

They have repeatedly said there will be a ONE HOUR lead time between announcement a verdict has been reached and them actually announcing it.

Why have the jury sit there for an hour waiting??

But then as I said, it's just my opinion.

I rode elephants in Thailand and they appeared harmless to me.

Sorry if I offended anyone.

Not true. My ex was born and raised in Africa on plantations. As a child, he saw a man get trampled to death by a bull elephant. Like any wild animal, elephants can be dangerous and should this should be respected.

BBM Why? Are you a meat & potatoes gal? That really does sound delicious!

Me, too. Not worried about this verdict at all.

I am, however, somewhat worried about myself. I saw a recipe today for spinach & apricot salad with spiced lentils and thought, gee, that looks pretty good.

Perhaps I need an intervention of some kind.

:yourock:

:congrats:

Congratulations!!!! This post brought tears to my eyes! My dad has been fighing lung cancer for the last two years and had his first clear pet scan in January. Last week was the first time he was able to start working again.

Anyway, congratulations!! Tell cancer to suck it and enjoy your hotness!! Maybe go find yourself a Dr. Horn... MmmmHmmm LOL

Aww, best of luck to your dad!!!! Praying that the rest of the PET scans have no evidence of disease! I'm glad he could go back to work! That probably did a lot for his confidence.

I *DO* need a husband... a hot DR would fit the bill!
