Jason did not lose his jeans...they were there and the defense showed them yesterday, they had a belt in them too.
The DT showed a pair of jeans.
We don't what pants he wore the night of the murder.

There has been a timer. Maybe just not when they are covering the other trial. jmo

I thought they usually leave the timer up all the time. Guess the screen gets full with all the stuff they have up there!

Let alone the odds that it happens on the very night your spouse is brutally beaten to death. Incredulous is right.
Apparently he lost the shirt he was wearing. I'm seriously WTFing at that. Either he's a total moron, or b) he threw it away after killing Michelle, or c) both.

I will not be shocked if it comes back NG or hung. There are so many confusing pieces of evidence (look how many posters here, including myself, have had to ask clarification about the shoes, the palm print, CY's diaper, gas mileage/distance, eyewitness confusion, etc.). Many WS'ers have been on this case since it happened and have had YEARS to dissect it, understand it, and obsess over it. These jurors haven't.

They are back. ABC audio is crap.

You are right! I was holding my laptop up to my ear. I think someone mentioned using ear/headphones helps a lot. Can someone confirm? Thx!

Right, but I was addressing this comment (BBM): "If hung JY walks forever."

If hung, they could try him again later if more evidence was obtained.

Right, I apparently didn't understand that you meant if this jury was hung. I can't bear the thought of it.

They have helped me. Try them.

I so totally agree but I am forcing myself not to think about it.

If there was anything that the child might recall and say against her dad, it wouldn't matter if there was a NG verdict. He could never be tried again, even if it was proven that he did do it, so I don't think the child would be in danger due to that possibility. AND I think there is already a civil judgment against JY for a million dollars, so any civil liability has already been established. Hopefully, anything the child would say would not place her at any risks.

If he is found guilty it is justice, if not guilty karma will come to get him, no doubt but MY and CY want justice now as well as her family and dear friends, and believe you me they, her family and friends, his family(he has no friends) know the truth. May he truly get what he deserves, a life of pure he'll!

Jurors came back to ask for a break.

Wondering how many people go on an overnight trip and lose clothing.....

When my son had his Pass In Review (graduation, basically) from Navy Bootcamp at Great Lakes Naval Base, we stayed at the Springhill Suites from Thursday-Monday morning, and then checked into an indoor waterpark hotel from Monday-Wednesday. Come Monday morning we check out and we get as far as downtown Chicago to sight-see since our new Sailor had to be back at base during the day when I realize my daughter had left her brand new battery charger for her panoramic camera still plugged in at the desk in the room. I called the hotel and told them to keep an eye out for it and I'd pick it up later in the day when we came back that way.

When I got there that night the hotel manager let me go through the lost & found... the things in the lost & found were pretty typical... camera chargers, phone chargers, laptop cords, phones, pillows, stuffed animals, kid toys and things like that. Except for one bra, there was not one article of clothing in that entire closet. I'm not saying people don't leave things like clothing behind from time to time, I just think in this particular case it just didn't happen. Those clothes were tossed somewhere and are rotting away in a landfill.

YES!

I freaking out so much, I've lost my shirt.

(((Cammy)))

Despite being on apposite sides, I've really enjoyed your views.

QQ.........:floorlaugh:

You too, I wish I had been here sooner.

I was in the wrong forum for a long time!

Is anyone else besides me FREAKING OUT?

Im not but the waiting is horrible. I am doing housework and checking in periodically.

I hope the jury ask a question soon but they may not.

I dont think we will see a verdict until maybe Monday or Tuesday afternoon.

IMO

Unless there's inclement weather forcing me off the freeway, or some medical reason I cannot drive any further, or a miles long accident, I cannot imagine driving only 2.5 hrs of a 4 or 5 hr drive for a business meeting the next morning. That makes no sense to me. It's not like he was stuck in meetings all day and couldn't get out of town earlier. He could. He chose not to. He also chose to skip eating some Italian food brought by SS for a 40 to 45 min stop at CB on the way to his lodging. He could have indulged on the way back after his appointment or whenever he was coming back to Raleigh.

Having to wake up the next morning and then drive another 2 hrs or so for a sales call doesn't make sense since there were places to stay overnight right near the appointment.

About the 1st and 2nd degree options?

About being on verdict watch in general?

A 2nd degree would be a compromise, imo.

I could understand that.

Do we know who the foreperson is yet?

That is an excellent point. jmo
