I'm literally sitting here shaking my head re. Fitzgeorge's cross-exam. That was terrible, IMO.

I think 'lawyer' JR wants to get up and do the questioning himself... I thought Jodi Arias was all up in HER attorneys business til i saw this trial.

"There's a lot you shouldn't have done, can we agree on that?" "That's an understatement." Wright clearly knows his mistakes in covering his crime, even saying at times "I should have..." #trialtweets #JimmyRodgersontrial #TeresaSievers #nbc2courtcoverage

Assistant State Attorney Hamid Hunter is clarifying with Wright about some questions. Said that the conversation about killing Teresa was not done "in a frenzy."

Wright's questioning is finished and the state and the defense do not intent to recall Wright.

JRR packed a murder kit didn't he? Two jumpsuits, gloves, and tape iirc.
But then again Fitz probably would have claimed it was to save money on sunblock while at the beach. She's a mess.

Fitzgeorge didn't make a dent in Wayne's testimony. There was some opportunity but she failed miserably.

For a felon with 4 prior convictions and just pled guilty to 2nd degree murder, Wayne is as good as it gets. Even if I don't believe every single word, his testimony was rock solid. Most importantly, is corroborated by the physical evidence and Taylor Shomaker's prior testimony.

What was KF doing when pretended she was going to redirect CWW?

It looked like a lawyer's version of a mike drop.

I'd ask you which missed opportunities but in case Fitz or her team goes wandering around social media looking for a hail Mary idea I don't want us to help her out! But I'm so curious! You'll have to fill us in after the trial.

Okay....Bobbywoo....I am putting you on the prosecution team!!! That is the perfect point to make about JRR. (And forgive me for what I am about to suggest....) Impressions on the back of Teresa's skull may match up with the shape of a ball peen hammer.
Has that ball peen hammer ever been recovered?, was it still in the cooler?, does it have physical evidence on it?
And of course, Jimmy, why is your hand print on the pantry door?

She seemed totally out of her element today. Lost. Frankly, it was weird.

However, for those who don't know - her re-cross exam would have been limited. She could only address as to what Hamid questioned Wayne on re-direct. (mainly about the frenzied references). She can't just willy-nilly start questioning him on things she forgot to ask on her first go around if they weren't brought up by Hamid on his re-direct.

I truly think she never looked at all the discovery

Thank you BEACH So many of us are new to the courtroom process and it really helps to have the feedback from the pro's. I don't know if I'm a "little biased against KF" just because she has been difficult to watch. And extremely difficult to follow as she constantly stops in the middle of her questions, and asking questions that always need further explanations. I guess the best way to describe how I feel: She is not concise in her questioning.:confused::confused:
(I remember watching an attorney who screamed and flailed his arms all the time....and it irritated me. Don't know if that bothers the jurors, too.)

IMO, KF's boat sank after Taylors testimony. KF was not delicate enough with her. Then CWW really blew it away yesterday.... JRR is toast, jmo

She just realized she was out of spaghetti.
