She had a skull fracture and shattered bone under the laceration on her nose.

She had several depressed skull fractures.

She had wounds on the left side of her head, right side and top back of her head.

The cause of these injuries were made by a blunt object, Coyne said

I find it extremely disturbing that JR is choosing to walk over to view these photos. Yes, he has a legal right but it's SICK and his legal team should have strongly discouraged this.

Coyne had the hammer found on the scene of the killing and he held it up to her wounds to check to see if they could have been made with that hammer.

The wounds could have been made with that hammer, Coyne said.
