He said they had no set plans. Mark Sievers wanted to make it look like a burglary while Wright said he wanted to make it look like Teresa Sievers died in an accident, he said.

   After the state has two more witnesses to testify before they rest their case.
   
   One of them will be Dr. Thomas Coyne of the medical examiner's office in Lee County.

Hmmm @msboo is a lot smarter than me on this....I think she called it "throwing spaghetti at the wall."
KF better get to one specific theory...and start stringing it together for the jury. (She lost me, and she is going to lose the jury, too. They want one simple answer.)

Yes. And it is a very good argument. If I were her, that is exactly the strategy I would have - that Jimmy was a stooge for Wayne. I have ALWAYS felt Wayne's plan was to set up Jimmy to be the fall guy should anything go awry. That doesn't mean that I don't feel Jimmy isn't guilty of 2nd Degree Murder, because I DO. I believe most of what Wayne testified to yesterday. However, I don't believe Wayne encouraged JR to leave his cell in MO. I do believe Wayne was aware that JR was using it down in FL and connecting it to the Garmin. If anything went wrong, Wayne was wanting all fingers pointing directly to JR.

Doesn't matter because Jimmy participated in all aspects of murdering Teresa. He knew what the purpose of the trip was and bludgeoned her with the hammer.

Ugh.....so many contradictions. : CWW, saying "I don't understand an open marriage" ....almost implying he didn't agree with married people having relationships outside their marriage. Okay, Okey Dokey, With ya' on that Wayne....But then how do you explain what happened on the "eve of your wedding."???
