Anybody catching a little innuendo in the questioning and answers regarding "health"? KF asking, "Did you tell your psychiatrist?" "Falling asleep while driving" "short term memory issues" "I've got Lyme Disease too, and memory is an issue"
"I'm bi-polar" vs "You have certifications in tech" "You can remotely work on computers" "You are a martial arts fighter."
Hmmm @msboo is a lot smarter than me on this....I think she called it "throwing spaghetti at the wall."
KF better get to one specific theory...and start stringing it together for the jury. (She lost me, and she is going to lose the jury, too. They want one simple answer.)

EXACTLY. I am a paralegal with a lot of trial experience. Fitzgeorge is all over the darn place. I'm pretty good at being able to anticipate where an attorney is going with a line of questioning. Just when I think I might have a clue, she switches gears. I'm left feeling jerked around and confused.

I was texting with a friend and texted, "Oh just STOP Wayne! GAG!" LOL She reminded me the jury doesn't know all we know. She's probably right but sheesh....he's a cold blooded murderer so I have a hard time pretending he would be that appalled about his friends having affairs. lol

She asked if he was worried if Mark would never see his children again and he said yes, because something similar happened to him.

Hey IQ... Besides just draaaaaging this out to eat up time, I think she’s also dragging it to confuse jurors—so much mish-mush about what went on in the park & on & on & on! She wants to ‘fuzzy’ their minds like ‘fuzzy’ math. Anything to sully the waters, as they say, after yesterday’s clear cut testimony. BUT I do think they’ll remember yesterday.

Well at least I got my vaulted ceiling painted during all THAT. Watching it dry now. Then will resort to adult alcohol beverages.
