Wow! On Friday defense told judge they had several witnesses.

I won't be able to listen to this guy for 2 1/2 hours. I can barley stay awake now. Bless his heart but all he has is "Wayne, the 5 time convicted felon, is a liar" and "That's ridiculous" as to every other scenario he presents.

That said, I wouldn't want to be in his position. My sympathies to him..

And the reason it doesn't make any sense to him is that these criminals are MORONS!

Defense blaming LE for ‘feeding’ TaySho as to what to say & paying her off along with evil, lying CWW for putting JRR in this predicament. Defense looked & sounded lost attempting to ‘save’ Rodgers.

Wouldn't the video taped statement TaySho provided to LE show she wasn't coerced? Jury would be able to view it, right, if they doubted the truthfulness of her testimony?

It was said there were several "on the list" but none had yet been "retained." Paraphrasing. Basically, what I got from the judge's questions was this: "You have a lot of possible defense witnesses but so far I've not heard of any of them actually testifying. Are they?" From what I understood, the defense said they didn't know yet. Which is why I didn't think anyone would be testifying.

If you believe TaySho when she says JR told her he was going to FL, then you also have to believe her when she says he told her he killed Teresa. JMO
