FYI - this "Mark didn't want Teresa dead" strategy and suggesting that Wayne & Teresa were seeing each other as a part of the open marriage agreement is a bright preview of what the defense is going to argue in Mark's case. I have that on good authority. Someone in the know told me that's where this was headed several weeks ago.

So go ahead and buckle up. If you think this trial has ticked you off, you ain't heard nothing yet.

Detective Nolen also said there are other reasons for lacking cast-off on the ceiling, or beyond the 2 1/2 feet. Nolen started to to say: something blocking it, (and then he was instantly interrupted). I would think angle of impact, the fact that ceilings are super-high nowadays, and that they could've thrown the 30 gallon trash bag over her, then slide it off to confirm she was dead.

Let me get this straight - Mark never hired anyone to kill his wife. Wayne just made that up because....umm... according to this guy, Wayne & Teresa were having a fling and something went terribly wrong? Wow. It must have been really, really, really terrible. So he needed a story? Okay, so why did he bring Jimmy with him if he was going to work on computers and have this fling? That doesn't make sense at all. Oh yeah...JR needed a ride to his brother's graduation. The one he didn't attend. On the other side of Florida. Where the GPS never indicated anyone traveled to...
