Here's some insight from an attorney not with the case. He told me it could be good for the jurors to come back tomorrow morning with fresh eyes and minds. This could be a setback for the prosecution *OR it could just mean the jurors are mentally exhausted. #RodgersTrial

Could someone explain in easy understandable terms just what an Allen Charge is? The Judge mentioned it briefly, if the jury is ‘hung’. Thanks.

That's an interesting statement. So there must be some different opinions going on the room......

An Allen charge is just where the court instructs the jury to continue deliberating until they can come together with an agreement.

Sadly, the jury does not now all what we know so I can see where they are coming from..... Hopefully there is a verdict tomorrow
