JA told a news person that moving would not be upsetting, said she had been moved 28 times already and each time she was moved it was better for her. Even that reporter Troy Haden said Perryville would be better than where she is now. Even on Death Row she would be given more privileges and freedom. How does he figure that? Is it the truth? I did hear the food was better. JA will continue to maniuplate the men in the prison just as she has done in the jail. We all know these guards are not mental giants, but men of all sorts can be manipulated by JA. When she was on the outside she didn't have much luck with most successful attractive men, except for the novice TA. All her other men were boys with strange ideas and a much older unattractive, unsuccessful waiter, divorced, and even he didn't want a permanent relationship, just friends with benefits. So her sex appeal didn't help her much at that time, but jail house guards, and older juror foremans seem to find her irresibile and sold their morals. I wouldn't say that about the jury foreman W Zenvako, except that he went to visit her in jail after the hung verdict and wanted to help the DT on the re-trial. That really sounds bad on his part. Also T Hayden said the guards at Perryville heard about JA manipulating the guards at the MC Jail and they were ready for her. So somebody in that jail messed up and fell for her tricks. I believe this woman is capable of escaping and having help to do it. JMO
Zervakos (or whatever the hell his name is) tried to visit ja in jail? That's news to me, and really creepy if true.

For me personally, I think some pics were added by Jodi manually to Travis camera (somehow copied), PLUS she obviously took some real ones too. The shower photos, the foot in hallway photo, etc.

So to me BOTH happened. I am not convinced they had sex on that particular day. I think some of the photos she copied make it appear that way.

The 2 that were mentioned a little bit ago I agree could have just been Jodi taking pictures of travis while he slept and he caught her in the last photo where he appears to throw the KY. But that doesnt mean to me that they had sex that day.

For example, what if she had snuck in just then and was surprising him and she may have thrown the KY at him and asked if she could jump in the sack. He may have just woke up and threw it back at her, and not being pleased she was even there.

It doesnt really matter much to me if they did have sex that day. Its just I am not convinced they did yet. Because I do think she copied some of the sexual photos onto his camera somehow.

The main reaons i think that is some of them just look "funny" and not quite right. They look to me to have been taken on a different day and different time. Especially the Goldilocks one...LOL

Anyway, none of it matters a whole lot now. I just wish we could someday know the truth about everything and I doubt we will ever get that.

Jodi is like the boy who cried wolf. Someday if she ever tells us the real truth, i wont believe her. LOL

The pictures are so odd to me, too. The shots of Travis on the bed are not sensual and he doesn't even appear to be aware that his picture is being taken. It also seems as if JA took them from a hidden/squatting position. However, I'm not sure why, maybe because he was known to wear Mormon magic underwear, Travis didn't seem like the type to sleep or lie around naked, unless, of course, he had just had sex. Long ago, someone else pointed out that he seemed a tad, ahem, at attention.

Her nude full body shot is weird, too. Her eyes are cold (no surprise, right?), no seductive look, it's blurry. She's not wearing makeup and as someone pointed out earlier, Geevee, I believe, her hair is a tad lighter than it was in the selfie shot the day before when she had just had it dyed.

It's not that I refuse to believe they had sex that day, it's just something seems off about the photos. I don't know what her motivation for adding pics would have been, other than maybe she had different plans, an A, a B, a C, whatever. I also do not see any evidence that Travis knew she was taking photos while he was in the shower. Several of those were blurry, probably not using the flash in such a dim setting. A flash would have signaled she was there taking his picture.

I know this has all been discussed before, but I just don't believe the only story that we have; JA's.

I wonder if he has a book and an apology for her? [nyuk, nyuk, nyuk]

I honestly just don't know how any man could ever be swayed by her looks or demeanor. Considering what she did, how she did it, and why she did it... I hate her even more.

This is Jarrett, Beth Karas and Jen Wood doing an observation of the trial so far. Doesn't look like the verdict will be for awhile. Like Paul said last night on the crime true radio show.

Wow ... a new thread already ... and I have not finished the last one !

Just some thoughts for Monday morning that hopefully the court tweeters will pick up on :

- IF any juror is bringing in a crock pot.

- Are the jurors dressed in their "Sunday clothes" -- business attire -- etc.

- Are the jurors dressed in similar colors -- I know -- thinking of Runaway Jury !

- A "change of clothes" for the special snowflake because she did not like the clothes JW and Cougarlicious brought in for her on Thursday.

Anything else ?

And then go through a five step process to delete them? Why?

IMO it's overthinking this. They woke up. Travis ate oatmeal and returned a text. He got the camera out of the box in his office. The bag and strap were found outside his bedroom door in the loft area. They had sex. They took pics like they spoke of in the sex tape three weeks prior. It's what they did. Sex was a weapon for her June 4 as much as the knife and gun were.

I agree. People are creatures of habit. Some people shower after sex without exception. Maybe not immediately, but in a fairly short amount of time. She knew his habits after sex more than anyone. She was calculating, and she determined that when he showered was when he would be most vulnerable. She said or did anything to make sure that sex happened so that he would ultimately shower, and that was her plan.

Dang. In the Troy Haden video he asks her how she dealt with the Alexander family being in the courtroom. Did she make eye contact or avoid eye contact with them? She says since Travis comes from a family "where they tend to all look very much alike" she avoided eye contact because when she saw them, she saw Travis, the "man who abused me and I don't want to see that"

I wish everyone would realize that even the reporters have NO CLUE when a verdict will come. Just cuz they're wearing a press badge (or your a previous juror on another trial), it doesn't give you a magic 8 ball. They're just opinions. Same as the people here, take it all with a grain of salt.

Absolutely. She planned to kill him in the shower and the blood to go down the drain. It freaked her out when he managed to get out of the shower IMO

Does anyone else believe the jury may have reached a verdict Thursday but the judge said it was too late to announce it and it would be better to do it on Monday? Why was JW and her minion there with clothes for JA? Why was the Alexanders there?

Why did that nitwit Angela (JA's sister) say they will find out about JA's fate on Monday. Did JA's mother tell her that.

Sandy told J Gold she would not be there for the verdict. I think she knows what it will be. But too much happened at the courthouse late Thursday. I bet they announce a verdict Monday morning. I hope so, the suspense is killing me.

BBM: Just another Arias looking for her 15 minutes, and all of their 15 minutes will be over with soon !

They are all :dramaqueen: ... runs in the family, IMO.

:giggle: so many questions!!!

The clothes thing is very weird though. Maybe the murderess had an "accident?" Maybe she puked all over herself, or maybe she tried to slit her wrists with her peanut butter sandwich? wilma and MDLR were probably bringing in a fresh set of shackles and stipes???

Not from a computer screen, really. There will be a visible moiré effect from the raster lines of the display screen. A photo of a print: possibly, but it's hard to get the lens exactly parallel so that there is no noticeable distortion.

Hey DD! Good call. Moiré effect. Good to be in conversation with someone who knows what that is!!!

Arias is evil, twisted, dangerous. But she is female. Her victim was an adult male.

She deserves no consideration by any group for any reason, but on Death Row she will likely garner some sympathy from one somewhere along the way. I do not think she would get that attention if she gets a Life sentence.

Still, I want her on Death Row.

As you said, krkrjx, advocacy groups wouldn't touch SP with a ten foot pole. A wife and baby killer will not sway public opinion to your side. But a sweet, soft spoken 'girl' who was desperately in love and abused until she had to fight back is a powerful symbol. There are so many 'groups' out there who want to make a statement, whether it be anti DP, pro prison reform, anti DV, political advancement on an anti DP platform, whatever. They need a martyr. JA could be that person if it suits her agenda. She can change herself into anything. She latched onto the omnibus hearing quickly because it suited her needs.

I could care less what JA fills her prison days with. But, with powerful advocates, she could reach out and touch a lot of people. Every time she succeeded in getting a hearing, a motion considered, an appeal requested or granted, the media reports would start. The 'help' group du jour would see to that. The Alexanders would be forced to see her smirk in every newspaper, on line, and on their tv coverage. The lies about Travis would be repeated. They would be contacted by the press, repeatedly. Then the courts would contact them and they would be wrenched from whatever peace they have found to testify again to try to defend their brother and keep her wretched carcass in prison. It would be a never ending cycle. She would never go away.

Then, if political climate changes, she could be released. And the Alexanders would be devastated once again. I want to see her given the DP, but not at the expense of healing and some sort of peaceful future for Travis' family.
The Innocence Project wouldn't touch her with a ten-foot pole. It was her DNA and she confessed. No false confession there. And any reputable DV group would be wise to stay away from her, it will backfire.
She's NEVER gonna be released, even if Arizona did away with the Death Penalty. She's like Charles Manson. He goes up for parole, sentence was commuted when CA did away with the Death Penalty for awhile in the '70's- he will NEVER get parole, too dangerous!!!

Bringing this over from the last file. Sorry I could not copy and paste so I took a photo!

Oh I can't bold!!!!

But regarding all the strange happenings late yesterday, it was odd that there was no sign of the Nurmster. I would think he has to be present???? Maybe he's protesting, and it's his ultimate FU to the murderess :giggle:

Ok ... so, if she planted the nudies from another date; she looked feverishly for the camera, only to find out it ended up tousled in the bedding?
Do you think it was her intention to leave the camera behind? Or did she do it "accidently on purpose"?

Here is your exact post ""Doesn't look like the verdict will be for awhile. Like Paul said last night on the crime true radio show. ""

Like I said, Paul's guess is just everyone else's, a guess.

From previous thread:

It's possible, but I think JSS would find it too risky as Boytwnmom said to leave things sitting for a 3-day weekend. Jurors could be struck by lightning or run over by llamas or something in that amount of time. ;)

AZL ... BBM in TOTAL appreciation for your humor.
