So do I. I really think they are going to hang. Again. You are going to have some people no matter what they thought they could do that just cant vote to put a woman to death. jmo.

I've got to say that if I was on a jury and I was convinced it should be death I wouldn't change my mind to make a unanimous verdict. I would want the victims to know I was with them all the way.

Juror who is trauma nurse looked like she'd been crying. @TrialDiariesJ reported this earlier about her as well. #jodiarias .


they may make a compromise and go with lwop as long as she doesn't get out and get all foggy and murder someone else.

I think a compromise is likely...they won't hang...they know this time they need a verdict but I am not sure they have any control over what "kind" of life she gets ...natural or just life

My guess is they were surprised in the hallway by the media attention. Everyone has suddenly flocked to AZ this weekend. There weren't that many media peeps there before. JMO

I am thinking she will eventually really pi** someone off. 3 hole wonders might have a limited shelf life in prison, money or no money. But, I have not given up on jury, yet.

I haven't given up on the jury. I just know her final destination is days away. :jail:

Absolutely. If they hang, so be it. I would never ever change my mind if I was on this jury and voting for the DP for JA. I hope they reach a DP verdict.

IF...if they come back with life, I just want to say....I do not blame Juan, but do blame the one that tied his hands and allowed the slander of Travis to go on for days. That being said, I think it will be death. I hope.

I think Juan did the best he could with the limitations that were imposed on him.

Just speculation on my part.

The juror (trauma nurse) who was seen crying could be a big sign here. IMO she is trained to save lives, she may be struggling with voting for the DP but realized all the criteria had been met.

The man with the red face may have been feeling the same way.

not sure - we have so little to work with in this whole trial by tweet - everything is speculation. Every sentence - every tweet and even the meaning behind the words (shades of MF and ALV)
