I think a compromise is likely...they won't hang...they know this time they need a verdict but I am not sure they have any control over what "kind" of life she gets ...natural or just life

Not an option with this slandering killer.

More like unnatural...

Another night of prayers for the Jury.
Another night of prayers for the Alexanders.
Another night of prayers for Justice for Travis~

I think so many are convinced that JA is going to get the DP that if the jury either comes back with life -or- can't decide (and thus the judge decides) there's going to be a massive emo meltdown.

Me, I'm expecting LWOP and if she gets the DP, then good.

In the poll here the question was "what would you vote for" so I said DP. I would not be surprised if it was LWOP ("remorse", young "girl", "mental", "Travis abused her in one text out of 8000"). They should have a "LWOP in isolation" option then she can't spread her poison on women that will be in GenPop for lesser charges.

We know what's coming in this case too.

A trip to Perryville forever.

Either way, life or death. Perryville. 100%.

Free society will be safe from her, as it has been since she was arrested.

The tweets go like this:

Jurors look serious
Jurors are smiling
Jurors look red and appear to be crying
Jurors are laughing and buying cookies
Jurors are serious

FHS!

Thank God for Websleuths and you guys for helping me maintain my battered sanity!

So CMJA is already "reaching out to people at Perryville"? What does that mean-making friends? Can they do that in all states? I am just getting a visual of Scott Peterson reaching out and making friends in his prison in California...

Yes, in Jodi Ann's delusional mind she is going to a new 'singles' ward in Goodyear Arizona! Reaching out to the 'sisters' in the ward... in advance!

If he really did get that from JSS I'll be writing a letter of complaint all the way from over here. Nobody should be talking to the press about jury deliberations for a DP case.
She didn't really do that though, IMO, she just communicated a fact: that if a verdict came in today it wouldn't be read. I don't see a problem with that.

JMO.

Thinking tomorrow will be the day for a verdict.

With LWOP she'll be in isolation for 2 or more years! People keep forgetting that. She won't be 'waltzing' anywhere, not for a long time, if ever.

Two years in isolation is a long time-she might just wish for the death penalty, like she said two years ago!

JA's having her people get with Wendi's people.

Just speculation on my part.

The juror (trauma nurse) who was seen crying could be a big sign here. IMO she is trained to save lives, she may be struggling with voting for the DP but realized all the criteria had been met.

The man with the red face may have been feeling the same way.

not sure - we have so little to work with in this whole trial by tweet - everything is speculation. Every sentence - every tweet and even the meaning behind the words (shades of MF and ALV)
I so agree with you re the trauma nurse. That said, I do hope she has not come to the realization that (although she qualified as DP juror) under the stark reality of the situation, she no longer feels able to call for DP.

Juror who is trauma nurse looked like she'd been crying. @TrialDiariesJ reported this earlier about her as well. #jodiarias .

they may make a compromise and go with lwop as long as she doesn't get out and get all foggy and murder someone else.

Maybe they were looking at the photos and that's why she was crying. The red-faced guy might have been ready to vote LWOP and another juror told him check that dude look at the photos.

We have no idea what's going, I sure know I don't lol now ALV could probably tell us but Thank God she isn't there. JMHO

Why would Sherry be talking personally with MK? Such a mess....

Doesn't surprise me, because I believe they are both a part of the merry tribe following JA's lead.

Oh if I was emotional it doesn't mean I would feel guilty doing it but because I imagine voting to give someone death is a big responsibility even to the most vile of human beings. A life is a life even if the human being is a vile and disgusting. And don't get me wrong in this case death is absolutely the appropriate verdict. Jodi is dangerous and she has forfeited the right to live among us on earth.

I really hope every juror understands that voting for death doesn't mean AZ will ever execute that 🤬🤬🤬, and that even if she is put to death, SHE, not they would be responsible.

DH poured me a glass of wine, and it's time to spend some quality time with my sweetie. I bid you all good night and sweet dreams and look forward to hanging out here tomorrow when, I hope, there will be a verdict. :toastred:

She'd say the men jurors were abusing the female jurors.
