Okay - I've never followed a case like this and I'm nervous reading all of you pro's not knowing what the heck is going on. I don't like the sound of JLY or his mom smiling.

The only thing they could be smiling about is if there is word to the judge the jury is hung. If hung the judge will issue the dynamite charge and send the jury back to deliberate further until either resolved or determined to be hopelessly hung.

It is crazy to me that this case can be 6-6 and the Cooper jury was unanimous.
