Bodies found in Manorville area

Six bodies have been found in the Manorville area since 2000.

Nov. 19, 2000
Manorville, NY
A female torso is found about a half-mile west of Halsey Manor Road north of the Long Island Expressway near a sump discharge basin. The head, hands and right foot of the woman are found along Ocean Parkway on April 4, 2011.

Nov. 23, 2000
The body of a man is found in the woods alongside the LIE about 1 1/2 miles east of Exit 68.

It's right there....the male was discovered 4 days after Jane Doe...pretty clear they were dumped together....

Based on the article linked earlier http://abcnews.go.com/US/long-island-serial-killer-victim-sketches-released/story?id=14563427 one of the men was dressed as a female. That definitely doesn't sound to me like this was a "cop kills prostitute and john" situation. The only victims that I think were killed together are the mother and toddler.

The man dressed as a female they are referring to is the Asian Male on Ocean Parkway. The mushroom hunter who found Jessica Taylor's male said he thought it was a woman because the feet were so small...which might hint that he was a possible transexual or crossdresser who could pass as a woman...but the only male found in women's clothing was the Asian male is a dress

Years earlier, between November 2000 and November 2003, four bodies were found within a few miles of each other in the Manorville woods. Authorities believe each died elsewhere. Their deaths were never linked. Among them was the dismembered body of a woman in a trash bag and two men. Those three are unidentified.

I don't know why parts of that article are highlighted in yellow. That's how it appeared online; I didn't make the highlights.

I know that the only male found in women's clothing was the Asian male. I never claimed otherwise.

No it's not obvious they were du led together. People are murdered everyday within driving distance of Long Island! Stop already. Some new comer is going to read this and say " well they found those two people together" it's misleading...you aren't helping. You are hurting.

Everything that you post or question about has usually been addressed already except your wild theories. Please red our work before you arrived and it will answer your questions.

  • #427
They found them four days apart....

  • #428
They could have been dumped by separate killers. They were not found together. They were found in two separate spots.

I guess we have different definitions of obvious....

I guess we have different definitions of obvious....

The definition of 'obvious' that you're using seems like a rumor without any credible links to back it up. Based on what we have from numerous MSM links and police statements, there is zero evidence that anybody was killed or dumped with anybody else. Statements like that without anything to back it up are really misleading and appear as nothing more than rumors. There is a rumor thread-this theory should probably be discussed over there.

Theories are fine when supported by solid facts, which essentially means linking to LE statements. At any rate, posting responsibly includes clearly noting a distinction between fact and speculation. Stating theory as fact is against the rules.

Jessica Taylor – A 7 Month journey from discovery to identification

On July 26, 2003, days after she was seen working as a prostitute on the streets near the Port Authority Bus Terminal in Manhattan, her nude torso was found in the woods in Manorville.

Taylor is next known to have been in Washington, where a prostitute reported her missing in mid-July. She was last seen in Manhattan near the bus terminal on July 18-21, police said. Taylor might have remained anonymous had it not been for a Washington police officer. Poring over police bulletins of unidentified remains, he realized that a tattoo of wings and the words "Remy's Angel" on the back of the torso found in Manorville fit her description. The tattoo had been cut and mutilated to make identification harder. The officer contacted Suffolk police and Taylor was identified (and identification verified through familial DNA) in February 2004.

Mr. Dormer confirms the story, praising the job the arresting officer did by taking record of her tattoo, by the book.

Mr. Dormer also gives the definition of prostitute; when your DNA is not in the database that means you are a prostitute. We’ll get to that...

Her pimp also confirms the story

One of the girls that you are talking about in this artical was my girl, Yes I am the pimp that made a missing person report on LaLa (jessica taylor) I was in D.C when I made the report then I was locked up in Atlantic, new jersey for promoting prostitution. I know this may be crazy but I really would like to know if that 🤬🤬🤬 you just wrote about was the one that killed my baby? I need some kind of ending to all this you can email me at [email protected] thank you so much.

Now, let’s see how fu..ed up this story is.

On 19 November 2000 a torso is found in Manorville. My favorite detective Jack Fitzpatrick takes the case. No head, no arms, one leg missing. First job is of course to ID the woman. There’s a way. The woman has a tattoo on her body, it could be made public and somebody could recognize it. But Fitzpatrick prefers not to make it public.

Fitzpatrick is still withholding the image of a tattoo located on the female victim for verification purposes if they ever get a call through Crimestoppers
http://www.doenetwork.org/media/news18.html

One more time; the logic is, somebody is going to recognize a torso as someone s/he knew, s/he will call Crimestoppers and Detective Fitzpatrick is going to ask him/her "Tell me the tattoo Jane Doe 2000 has on her" to verify the tipster. This is NONSENSE

Withholding the tattoo did not work. For 14 years this woman is unidentified. If she could have been identified, the murder could perhaps be solved. My opinion is; along with many others Maureen, Melissa, Megan, Amber, Jessica and perhaps “Mia” paid for this poor decision.

Four days later in November 2000, Fitzpatrick finds another body in the location. A man this time. Nude, save boxers. Looks like Jane Doe and him could be killed within the same interval. Normally, a detective would prudently say, “We’re looking to see if there’s any connection.” And walks the talk.

Anything other than that is NONSENSE

“Fitzpatrick and the homicide department are not considering the possibility of a connection between the cases, including the chance of a serial killer roaming the South Shore.”

No possibility of a serial killer... Well done!

Taking the time three years forward. 26 July 2003
Fitzpatrick finds another body, a few hundred yards from spot he found Jane Doe 2000. First job is of course to ID the woman. Fitzpatrick “wises up” this time and makes the image of the tattoo public.

That is the picture;
http://archive.longislandpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/Taylor_tattoo_enlarged.jpg

Remember, he withholds Jane Doe 2000’s intact tattoo for verification purposes, but he’s OK with publicizing the image of this defaced tattoo. I guess he doesn’t need verification this time.

Sh.t happens... A decent police officer recognizes the wing and that leads to Jessica Taylor’s identification... February 2004

Now, hold it there.

You found a torso, a murder victim, first job is to find who she is. What would you do?

I would look at the immediate missing person reports, just in case. No rocket science.

Does Jessica have a missing person report filed for her? Yes. Filed just three days ago. Of course in that report a description of Jessica is given, perhaps along with the description of the tattoo. If it is missed in that report, we know for sure from Mr. Dormer that the tattoo information does exist on her arrest report.

So, Jessica Taylor could and should have been identified within hours, if not minutes. But Fitzpatrick takes the whole murder investigation procedure to a fancy level and it takes 7 months to put a name,by pure luck, on the torso. Well done.

There may be brain dead detectives out there, thinking a serial killer preying on prostitutes exclusively would pose no risk to the rest of the society. Think again... What if a young female motorist saw the LISK crew dumping a body on Ocean Parkway and stopped to check if there’s a problem with the unattended vehicle that pulled over? She would be dead...

Prostitutes and Gilgo Beach. If your DNA is not in the database and your body is found on Gilgo Beach you are a prostitute according to Mr. Dormer.

Of course I may be wrong, but I heard the Asian Male used to dress up as a woman and preferred to be called Mia. But he probably is not a prostitute.

Well I might be wrong but didn't they both go missing in the same area? That links them for me and gets me to thinking. But I'm not to swavy with the area around there so I could be wrong.
