Recovered/Located VT- Richard Royce, Adult, Hartford, 12 July 2019

Vermont State Police are looking for assistance locating Richard Royce. He was last seen on July 12 in the Hartford, Vermont, area. Royce is described as 5-feet-6-inches tall and weighs approximately 167 pounds. He is known to frequent the Hartford, Vermont, and Lebanon, New Hampshire, area. At this point, no foul play is associated with this case and the Vermont State Police simply need to check on his welfare. Anyone with information about Royce’s whereabouts is asked to call the Vermont State Police at (802)748-3111.
