Recovered/Located VT- Todd Mailhoit, 48, Waterbury, 18 April 2019 *Missing from Asst Living

Vermont State Police are asking for the public's help in locating a resident of Kirby House in Waterbury who left the facility unexpectedly late Thursday afternoon.

Police say Todd Mailhoit, 48, frequents the Barre-Montpelier areas via public transportation. He does not have a cellphone or access to a vehicle.

Kirby House is an assisted living facility, and police say Mailhoit’s health conditions are a cause for concern.


Mailhoit is described as 5’ 08” tall and 288lbs. He was last seen wearing green Hawaiian shorts and possibly wearing a UNK color sweatshirt.
