Looks to me like the second house is located about a half block kitty corner down wadsworth from Adre'anna's apartment complex.. I still need to read the rest of the post to catch up. But if anyone on wants to explain to me exactly what we are trying to find out here. I will take a stroll in Tillicum this weekend to see what I can see and find out. Actually, I just looked at the map again and the house in Question appears to be directly across the street from the apartment complex Adre'anna lives in.
Hope you had a nice time.

They did a search of a neighbor/friend's home. A Dave Jacobson. I think they are looking for his address to see how far away from Adreanna's home it was.
That would be the 15112 Boat St SW address.

If you look at this map in Satelight and Hybreed form. You can see the location of the Boat street address in relation to that of Adre'annas. Adre'anna's apartment complex is on the corner of Wadsworth and Portland on the right hand side of the Wadsworth and portland corner.

Hope this helps. Looking at the Terra server map. I can clearly see adre'anna's apartment complex in the posted map. This guy lives just kitty corner from her apartment complex.

Hope this helps..

yeah, the map I posted I think are from 2002... I know there's some updated ones out there but I can't think of one. Google was supposed to have one with actual aerial shots.

Has the neighborhood changed much in 2 to 3 years, septembers child?

I have been wondering if some of the outer most areas have been looked into? places like: beard island, short island, murray creek, barrow island, hanner marsh, cors island, sequalitchew lake, those areas are somewhat remote and thick with wooded areas, especially hanner marsh, any location other than american lake where soil would be easy to excavate and areas that offer secluded locations. those areas are not far from her neighborhood. police and fbi should at least allow search dogs onto the landfill area to see if they pick up on any scent.

Another area that interests me is a large parking lot where Woodlawn Street SW and Maple Street SW intersect. In the Northwest edge of the parking lot a brown building? (I'm not totally sure its a building... but its a little bigger than a car) is visible on the PrayersforMaura map. Is this an evergreen tree area? It looks like its "off the beaten track".
September's Child if you are going for a walk, and are looking for a place, I'm EXTREMELY curious about this parking lot/brown building... I've since learned that its a parking lot for a park....

If you are walking towards the water, the building is almost at the end of the parking lot, on the right, just at the edge of the trees.

Here is the map:

There is one car, in the parking lot, in the satellite photo. If you would go to where that car is and walk towards the trees, the building is right there.

I am wondering what type of area is on the other side of Interstate 5, by looking at the map it looks like there are some locations there that are wooded. and also an area that has a oval track of some sorts, what is that? the park that you all mention, is it a large park that is heavly wooded? that location should be searched. if she was picked up by a car, the person would not want to spend much time driving around but instead would be either going to a nearby home, or a location which would be void of other people, especially on the type of day it was then. fbi and media has been quite so maybe they have some good leads and just don't want the info to leak out. the fact that the stepdads lie detector test came back inconclusive is really odd, if he had nothing at all to do with this, then why those types of results? why did his story change from walking her to school to just watching her, how many other times did he walk or watch her go to school? as much as this little girl was out in the neighborhood someone would have seen her that morning and would have told her there was no school. something is very odd indeed with the yard cart and garbage can, if something happened to her at her home overnight then the stepdad would have had the cover of darkness to dispose of her, throwing her in a dumpster would be one possibility, but that runs a risk of being discovered, what type of apartment did they live in? was it connected to other units or were these separate units together? the boat thing, has it been verified as to who owned it? and has the neighbors yard been looked into and even underneath his home or even in the attic space? did the stepdad have connections to the nearby country club?

The area I mentioned (the park) is right near the girl's school and is accessible to someone who doesn't have a car.

I too am drawn to the area you mentioned Dannyodie. I have no reason but twice I ended up at the same place. I believe the track is a bike/walking trail (its clearly defined in the Terraserver maps). I would think you'd need an automobile to get there though.

I too noticed how quiet the news is.... Hopefully they are working on some hot leads!

Hi,

I took the photos of Harry Todd park in this very parking lot. The two building that I see I can explain what they are. The larger building to the left behind the trees is a large ware house that houses maintainance vehicles for the park and the water front. The smaller building more to the left is a bath room and recreation building. If you go back to my pictures and look at the play ground at Harry Todd park you can see the building. I took my pictures of the dock at Harry Todd park from direction in front of the larger building.

Hi,

I live on the other side on Interstate 5. Most of what you see is the Ft. Lewis Army post (a secure post). The circular track that you see is Wood Brook Middle school (just outside the Ft. Lewis logistics gate in the civilian community). Wood brook is the school that the two girls claimed to have seen Adreanna at around 3:00 pm the day she disappeared. The small are you see that has the circular track is a small civilian community between Ft. Lewis and Mc. Chord Air force base.

Bascially the North Thorn over pass takes to the small civilian community and Wood brook middle school. The Berkley lane over pass takes you directly to the Ft. Lewis Madigan gate one the other side of the over pass from Tillicum. The wood brook middle school is just a half block outside the Logistics gate. So pretty much everything you see on the map to the right of the circular track (the middle school) is Ft. Lewis Army post.

Nope it hasn't changed at all really. We have lived on Ft. Lewis since 2000 and Tillicum hasn't changed at all.

September's Child I would really like to see your photos. You mention them on page 4 of this thread, but I looked through all the posts and couldn't find them, or a link.

Could you point them out to me please? Thanks!

P.S. Thank you for all the other info too!

Hi again,

Some one had asked on the forum what it looked like the day and morning that she disappeared. I have pictures. My house is about 7 blocks from Adre-anna's, across the over pass and on Ft. Lewis.

I have pictures that I took of our snowy weather on Friday 2nd that were taken at approximatly 8:00 am. and some that I took while poking around Tillicum area on dec 16th. I am not sure how to up load them onto this forum or if I am allowed to. So If can do that. Would some one give me a clue how to up load a few pictures? Thanks..
we all would like to see some of those pictures, to upload them onto this website you will first have to go to www.photobucket.com and create a free account, user name and all that stuff, then you will upload the photos to that site, it is easy and there are instructions there telling you how. once those are posted at photo bucket you can log in to websleuths and make a new post, you then can click on the insert image button at the top of the editor feild, " that is where you make post " when you click the button it will open a prompt box for a url link, enter the photo bucket website, that should work.

  • #194
if the prompt box doesn't open (sometimes it doesn't) then paste the url into the reply box, highlight it, and then click on the yellow image button at the top of the reply box. That will make sure the necessary tags are added to the image, to make it show up as a picture.

  • #195
Mysterview in some of the forums the yellow image box, at the top, doesn't appear for some reason. Note: It does in this forum.

Just wondering if there is a work around?

  • #196
What I'm saying is that in some forums the image button isn't there.

Hmmm, I hadn't noticed that. I guess you could add the tags yourself.

The "Missing but not forgotten" forum is an example of a forum with no image button.

Thank you though - I will try that!

Sorry about hijacking the thread folks!

Edited to add: I just tried adding the tags, for an image, in the above mentioned forum and it comes up as a link but no photo is displayed. Maybe there is a reason why this forum is set up that way??? Dunno

someone in the wilberger thread had posted a bunch of photos at one time. I think that you would upload the photos to the photo website, and then log into that website under your user name and click on the photos to view them there, then in the address bar you will notice the url link and placemat of where those are stored, copy the link from the address bar, then go to websleuths. login and then click add image, then in there after the http:// that is already there right click and paste the copied address link in that box, if that don't work ask the administrators here on websleuths how it should be done, there is some help files to look over and you may find it there.

Thanks dannyodie. I could upload pic (as in attach them) but its not the same as just posting an image. There must be a reason why this feature isn't available in that particular forum, but it is available everywhere else.

No worries... if it becomes an issue I'll contact the moderators.

Again sorry about this segway.... anything new on the hunt for Adreanna?
