The FBI is offering up to $20,000 for information leading to an arrest or recovery in a 1979 missing person case out of Tacoma.
The FBI is working with other local law enforcement agencies in a special group called the South Sound Cold Case Working Group, which continues to search for answers in the case.
The FBI hopes that this reward is an additional incentive for people to come forward with information. Even the smallest piece of information may contribute to solving that puzzle," said Kelly Smith, who oversees the FBIs criminal investigations in Pierce County.
