Beghtol, who used to work for the Washington State Patrol in Yakima, said he is very familiar with Donovan Culps, who has an extensive criminal history. He is currently wanted on a federal probation violation warrant, Beghtol said.

The Cheney Police Department has confirmed Donovan Culps has been arrested.

I agree and am so sad over this! I felt it would end this way but I really wanted him found alive. Senseless and cruel.
