Born Aug 20, in Ark??, Turkey. Lived near where he was arrested, people recognized him as soon as they saw the video and tipped LE.

Graduated from Oak Harbor HS. After the initial news conference, things became quiet as investigation progressed today. LE was working it.

Witnesses say a patrol spotted him. Looked like he hadn't changed.

BURLINGTON, Wash. (AP) – Authorities say the suspect in a deadly shooting at a Washington state mall shooting is in custody.

The Skagit County Department of Emergency Management said via Twitter Saturday evening that the suspect had been captured. No other details were immediately available. A news conference was set for Saturday night.

No, it actually counts as a history and/or credit in high school. No obligation to join the military at all.
