Donald was reported missing by his brother after he had not been seen in some time. A welfare check at his apartment provided no clues to his whereabouts. Donald is legally blind, but sees well enough to get around. He does not drive. He frequented the cities of Hoodsport and Shelton in Mason County, Washington at the time of his disappearance. He has brown hair (bald on top) and brown eyes, and is 5'5" to 5'10" and 200 to 225 pounds. His left eye is partially shut. He often carries the following: a red and white small cooler with lid, food items due to diabetes (dry food, protein powder), a black leather backpack with literature, and a small blue duffel bag with medications, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
