Their noses don't look quite the same. Though the physical descriptions are a good match- the Jane Doe is only 2 inches shorter than Elaine. Both have the same eye and hair color.

Her father died in 2015 and his obituary at https://www.legacy.com/us/obituaries/dailypilot/name/charles-robertson-obituary?id=16542375 gives details of the family which confirms she has multiple siblings still living (or did have in 2015) and that the family believe she is dead as it lists her as deceased in 1979.
