Cold case unit off and running

I know her boyfriend's name was Casey, my mother Erin Evans is Heather Mary Guy's little sister. My mom told me this info, I wish I knew more. My mother said Casey wasn't a great guy and they are not sure why they didn't look further into him. I wish I knew his last name. If I can get ahold of my mother I will ask.
