I hear ya, these latest developments just kind of set the UGH bar for me. Ack! I sound creepy, NO its all too creepy...

You know if this keeps going (finding parts) Then I think it was an effort to terrorize. You would want to get a dead woman out of the vehicle your driving around "Buzzed" on something making deleveries is risky .

One thing I know is that harder drug addicts and narcissist type criminals can be FEARLESS. I'm convinced this type of man may have a record, but he's done a lot more and gotten away with it before. He might think he's charmed and magically lucky. I bet taking chances is a high in itself for him. Putting one over on someone is another thrill. Just my opinion though.

No, they do have records. They are saved under your CDC number.

From what I've heard once your released from prison there is no more record of it in the dept of corrections at least here in Cali

Friend of the family was in CA prison 5 years. His mom needed some medical records 4 months after release. She spoke to records and she said once released all records are transferred out to state of Sacramento. From there end its like he never was there. She never got the records.

Perhaps that only applies to medical records. There have been cases here at WS where the perp did time in a Calif prison and we were able to access that info.

Maybe if it was some high profile case but they can't give out someone's CDC number if they've been released and no longer in the custody of the prison unless they broke parole and have to go back.

Oh my lord... Wow. Poor Ingrid! She thought she was just seeing a nice guy, and he was looking at her with these sick thoughts in his head... I did not think he planned this. It really seemed like a rage episode followed by a panic attack. I mean, wow, sloppy much!? Man, if he's a serial killer, how the heck did he foul this one up so badly??

When they say they're "looking for similar cases", to me that sounds like LE-speak for "There ARE similar cases"... Especially since they don't fully explain what makes them think he's a serial killer outside of this murder being a certain kind of murder.

Also lol to the discussion of Seattle recycling/composting policies. I live about 15 miles North of Seattle and it never would have occurred to me that people in some places had the option of not having a recycle bin, lol. We don't have the law about composting food... I try but it can be hard.

Reason why he moved all over maybe, no capacity to "attach" to anything or anyone - vacant and empty.
I think we are , as he emerges, like a Craigs list serial killer. He likes to meet them in person, tries to be charming as heck to do, to access if he would "enjoy" raping her , killing her, choping her up and maybe eating a bit of her after maybe having sex with a corspe.

Starting to also wonder if there was a severe brain injury when younger

In one setting I had shelter guys. At least here , here is how it worked. They would have to line up like hours before it opened, and it filled really quick. They were really strict about alcohol, drugs, and or fighting. They would get banned! It was awful they said. A lot of sick people, coughing all night, and smelly. They would get basically like kicked out really early in the morning after a shower and some food, and go walk around the streets until the next afternoon to get in line again. If they did not get in they slept on the streets.. SOme waited on line, if it filled they would go try another shelter. Pretty sad existance IMO.

Yes a horrible way to live....the fact that those closest to him didn't take him in says something to me and I don't blame them one bit.
The ex is really lucky that he valued those 2 nights at her place enough to keep her around.
