Unknown about what physical evidence was found on her. She did wait a couple of days to go to LE. But whatever was found was enough that the believed her and began an investigation. Considering she was an admitted prostitute, that is a biggie.
Other bodies. A search of the property hasn't turned up any more remains.
Prior convictions. Nothing has been mentioned, and usually by now media would have them published.
Other victims. Unknown. LE has issued a request for other victims to come forward, but unknown if any have. One person commented on an article and seemed to confirm some of this happened to her. Unknown if she talked to LE. She also added some new info though.
Yeah it is a lurid story. But the fact that he made the effort and took the expense to build a "torture" room is pretty worrisome. Why make such thick walls to soundproof if he was only going to be 'working' with people who were there of their own free will? And the fact that he drove such a long distance to pick up a prostitute and then drove her back home is also worrisome. As someone else said if anyone ever reported her missing, it is unlikely that he would ever have been looked at because of the distances involved. Also was a long way and different jurisdictions between the pick up site and his home, which often confuses things in investigations.
Yup, exactly. He built a "torture room" but let the victim tell him to pull over and when unattended let her text her "boyfriend". The guy can build a torture room but NOT keep the victim from texting when she gets nervous and asks him to pull over? Right. Good planning that. A mastermind!
The evidence is flimsy at best. And a "torture room" does not equate to murder or serial killer or intent to kill or rape or non-consensual anything for that matter.
She went along, she got "spooked" and then STILL went along, there is NO physical evidence. Her word against his. All things considered show some physical evidence!
If I were on the jury he would walk based on the evidence provided. Well not just that....charges would be filed.
