Joseph Thomas, 38, was reported missing after not being heard from in four days. He left home to run an errand and never returned. Thomas had a history of drug use and theft. Initially, investigators were unsure if Thomas was hiding from law enforcement. His vehicle, a 1987 brown and white Isuzu Trooper with license plate WA 4A02962, is also missing.

• Distinguishing Characteristics Caucasian male. Brown hair, hazel eyes. Thomas's left arm was broken when he was a child and it hangs crookedly as a result. His nickname is Joe.
