SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. Spokane Valley deputies are searching for a man who disappeared on November 28.
Officials said Justin W. Herter, 33, was last seen when he left his home in the 900 block of S. Pines Road in the Spokane Valley. His mother said he told her he was going for a walk Tuesday morning, drove away in his car and has not been heard from since.
Herter was seen driving away in a 2007 white Nissan Maxima with Washington plate ACT5592. His mother told police this is not normal behavior for Herter, he takes various prescriptions for seizures and other health problems and she is worried for his welfare.
Herter is a white male, about 508 and 180 lbs. He has short brown hair, brown eyes and a goatee. Officials said he may have traveled to the Rathdrum area.
Anyone who has seen Herter or knows of his location is asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
