Court documents in the case allege Fitzpatrick and Maria Counts approached LC after she ran away from home with a friend on May 9th or 10th.

After running away the two runaways ended up at the Federal Way Transit Center where LC allegedly met up with Fitzpatrick and Maria Counts.

And, according to the Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office, evidence so far indicates she’s been forced into sex trafficking."

The sex offender a missing 15-year-old girl was reportedly last seen with was arrested over the weekend but the Washington teen is still nowhere to be found.

LC disappeared May 9 after she met with someone she had connected with on social media and hasn’t been seen since, Q13 Fox reports.

Christopher Fitzpatrick, 39, and Maria Anne Counts, 29, were arrested on charges of kidnapping, promoting sex abuse of a minor, third-degree child rape, possession of child , and providing drugs to a minor, the Bonney Lake Patch reports.

Her remains were identified earlier this month after being found in Central Washington last fall. Fitzpatrick has a former girlfriend and a child who live in McCleary, where Baum was last seen in June 2007.
