The candles are still lit for Lindsey, representing her life breath and the idea that I also believe with MB that she is still alive. Continued thanks to all of you locals for your amazing commitment. I can actually feel the growing commitment of many of you, Jennifer, Mike, Breanna, and your experience with the national groups. I have decided to commit to Klasskids on a monthly basis because of your commitment and work. I hope a ton of other readers, watchers, and listeners, will do the same. It's so worthy.

Does anyone else remember at the very beginning of this case that there was a 3rd adult at KaraK's House ?

I think his name started with R

KonaMocha, Where'd that information come from? According to what Kara posted on July 5 on SM and what she has said to me numerous times in person.. there was no one but her family home that night. (Her boyfriend, herself and their children).

The guy you are talking about.. I think his name was rumor.

I don't recall reading that. And again, from what Kara has told me in person and also what she's posted online, no one else was there. She posted over on SM. (Thread 1 for Lindsey, Page 59, post #1163)... the media must have made a mistake (not the first time we've seen that happen, right?).

Again, it sounds like it was Rumor.. he's popular in McCleary. He's a fast little thing.. easy to catch but hard to hold on to

I was with the understanding that was hearsay(rumor) about the R being at Kara's house. Not sure where it came from and I haven't come across anything stating that in the paper. But maybe I missed it. Do you know when abouts it was in the paper..Just curious

The only articles I could find in the newspapers that had anything similar was these two. Basically says that another friend walked her part way home. Doesn't say whom or anything.. But then again I haven't read all the articles got as far as the 9th so there might be another article there after.

IIRC, that was KK's brother and KK denied that he had been there. I seem to remember that he lives in Coeur d'Alene, ID, and KK said she has not physically seen him for an extended period of time.

we actually tracked up to Beck St then NE To a logging atv road and our search continues there. So far we've located two empty beer bottles, and a track (Scent trail) heading east 6 miles on either a motor cycle or ATV.

we are also (the search dogs) picking up a dead human alert 1/2 mile East of Beck the winds are coming from the south. I can't tell you about anything else we've found. That's been handed over to the McCleary Police.

Note: The death scent on a dead human could be from any "Dead Human" that has died in the area. Not neccessarily the missing child's scent.

I'm confused by this, as Harry O seems to be saying two different things. I suppose both could be true, but...my understanding of search and rescue dogs (admittedly limited) is that each individual dog is trained to search for a specific kind of scent, and that a "tracking"-trained dog, who is given a scent to "track", would not "find" the scent of human remains, nor would a "cadaver dog" locate a scent trail, to track.

I took Harry O.'s "we" to mean Harry and his dog, but perhaps "we" means that there were other "Harrys" with differently trained dogs searching for Lindsey, as well?

If anybody can straighten me out here, I'd appreciate it.
One thing I do know: that e-mail ^ is the first I've heard of either (and both) a death scent being found, or (and) a scent trail 6 miles E. of Beck St.

Most all of the links to any news articles are located in the Media Link thread on Lindsey's Forum. It is a dedicated thread, maintained diligently and graciously by Angel Who Cares.

I have reviewed these articles many times in the past and recall no mention of that. Perhaps after personally reading through the articles and watching the videos you will find what you are looking for.

R is not W so I think you may be talking about two different rumors or at the very least two different people.

I just saw the post on the lindsey blog re: coffee donations for the search.

I work for the nation's largest coffee and baked goods retailer, and have since I was 16. I'm 29. I have asked for donations TWICE before. So, I naturally offered to help. (I did NOT realize the post was regarding today, as I am in Chicago and naturally cannot ship the things there that fast...I mean, we are a quick-service restaurant but not THAT quick!) Rimshot here.

I offered beans and grinders, brewers, burners, oh my! Second rimshot.

But then I thought, I should add that they can grab hot coffee if needed, I would just have to speak w/ the store owner and work it out.

Soooooo before I bothered to verify locations near McCleary, I offered that they could maybe even PICKUP an order, if easier, if there was one nearby (thinking of course, with 9000 locations...of course there is.)

Well, I was wrong. Noooooowhere near. They are on every BLOCK in Chicago and none within 50 miles of McCleary! :blushing:

Luckily, I only emailed within the past hour, so today would likely have been a no-go. Plus, this way I get to really play the 'coffee costs .14 cents per cup, and that's fresh brewed! A donation of coffee beans/ground coffee would be even CHEAPER per cup!' this way, because I really would like to help, and being so far away (and not having much cash to donate, though I do a little) this is one way I can really help....I just am embarrassed I did not find the location first.

I started reading from the first thread in the case. Numerous times LE stated that friends walked Lindsey home. Operative word, "friend'S". I haven't read anything that says LE changed this statement. I appreciate that kK felt she should come on the internet to share her info and dispell any accusations that were upsetting. It must be so difficult to wake up one day and find your a suspect in an abduction. To live daily under an umbrella of suspension that may be leaning towards a possible abduction murder must be crippling right now. I hope in time she is vendicated. Until LE gives an official statement clearing many of being suspect were left to questioning what comes out of the horses mouths. It is what it is until LB is found. The other statement I wish could be cleared in an honest way is the two separate time lines from KK & significant other. The difference of five min. and 15min. could mean everthing in this case.

Re: Man at KK's home: As far as the "rumor" that there was a man at my house the night Lindsey went missing - that is pure lie/rumor. That was started by MLaChester. The name she claimed was Roger - Don't know a Roger and haven't met one since I was 12 or 13. I had not had company (outside of the kids' friends) over to my home for several weeks before Lindsey was taken. This was not something that was ever on the news or in the papers because it never happened. And just for the record - I have never met MLachester in my life and she doesn't even reside in McCleary. Trust me if there had been someone else at my home that night it would be all over the news sites.

Hopefully this can clear things up for those who were wondering.
