I agree, a few days ago we were discussing Forman and I got mixed up. This dude I'm referring to is "south" of McCleary, south of the major highway, on Heslop, in the 100 block. I posted maps to this kid a month ago, on Heslop.

I'm not sure why you want his photo deleted, he is a registered sex offender. If you read the first threads related to Lindsey you will see a ton of posts of this very photograph. I need to know the reason why I should delete this photo please. The photo that I posted is of one of the three known sex offenders in or around MCleary
Why would I want to hide this individual's face or residence? Personally, I would want this person's face placed on every billboard and sign from Washington to China, so that all who see it know, this is a person who molested children.

Just one question. If a person is a POI, at what point can we name him? I'd like to see the Astro's do a chart for this person.

One article posted by our Angel states he is a POI.

Why can't we mention his name? On other cases the name would have been out there a while ago. What am I missing? We can only mention him if he is a suspect? To me, a search warrant and a massive search of his property makes him suspect. There is a reason they went there, and it's not just because he gave a wrong answer to a question over the phone. There is more to this.

Breanna - the media hasn't named him yet. As soon as they do, he is fair game. We may have to wait until they release the search warrants? Not sure. I don't know why they are dragging their feet about putting his name out there. It is making me :crazy:

That kid's picture is available only to tell law enforcement he is a level I sex offender - they won't publish his address because he is a minor. He's put in the system as 'transient, level I, indecent liberties...WHERE DID YOU GET AN ADDRESS?

If he is the person who has been named by LE, and his property was searched, then I don't have a problem with the photo.

If he hasn't been named, I think the rules say it can't be posted.

The other sex offenders were put on line because we were discussing all of them as possibilities!!! You put this minor's picture up saying HE IS the perp. You are misleading everyone who reads the Lindsey threads here at WS. I'm wondering where you got his address, cause it is not published and shouldn't be...that's why he's labeled transient. He may be the perp but I would be shocked that a minor could pull off a kidnapping, with no wittnesses, or clues, and keep it hidden for 3 months. mho

He is an adult. He has been named a POI. I don't understand it either. I guess LE can come back and say they did not release it to the public when the POI tries to sue them. I have never seen anyone shielded quite like this before so I don't know what to make of it in this case.

This back to beehive thing kind of pisses me off. - For a variety of reasons:

1. The staff members were not so nice to me. (reluctant to let me search initially)

2. It took a tenant to bring up no one searching the empty Apts. (& then later alerting me)

3.a - (edit *at least*) One of the Apts i'd entered, has since been remodeled.
3.b - At the time its front door was nearly hanging off
3.c - I believe this apt had just prior had a death in it. (it was not cleaned up, confirmed via Staff member)

4. The tenant that alerted me said <they> thought 'half the town had a key' (being specific to a set of apts, which included #3 ^)

Of course its possible LE had searched them w/out anyone noticing (staff, tenants etc) - but ... in one of the apts specifically, given the multiple sets latex gloves on the floor, i saw no reason to believe that. (+ other)

No, I am suggesting that he "may" be the perp

He lives near the town
He has some "hiding places" near his residence
He has a history of sex offenses against children
He "looks" weird (just my subjective viewpoint)

I have asked three times now - where did you get his address?
How do you know his hiding places?
He has 1 (one) sex offense against a child of indecent liberties - are there more?

Well, here is my impression on the matter, it appears that Forman road was search, not Heslop, where our friend Jessy lives. I was mistaken, thinking that Heslop was searched.

I would "love" to have Heslop searched, because that little Jessy dude lives there, but apparently it isn't worthy of being searched well, maybe someone should contact some "D" people to get the action going on Heslop.

Sorry, just had to input the "D" thing. Jen, did I tell you that you are great, and that "J" comes after "D" because "J" has more intelligence than a "D" by a whole lotta things, including devotion and love.

Did we ever hear before she went missing in front of the center?

I find it very upsetting it wasn't checked before and to me...it does not sound like LE had been there. They would have known. The residents would be frightened and I cannot imagine LE not telling someone.

Where are those photos? I remember seeing them, but I am not finding them on the thread.

Norm - please correct me if I'm wrong - the picture you posted is of an RSO that was a minor when he committed his crime BUT he is now 23 years old. Is that correct?
