It would be odd if the same person seeing her alone is the same person who sent her brother away. This does raise some suspicions until we know the circumstances. It means the person must have been out in a yard instead of driving by the area on their way to work. There would be a lapse of time there. I wish we knew exactly how long she was at K's house. Do we have that information?

Exactly SS, I had the same thought.

She's on her way to work in another county which would probably be either in Shelton or Olympia, and then within 1 - 1.5 hours is right back in McCleary and spots her again! Give me grace.

THEN was on her way to work about thirty minutes later and saw her again. Once was on the way to KKs, once on the way back.

Kylar is a boy. There are photos of him in the 'Fisty' MS albums.

Does this Lady who saw Lindsey live in the area she was walking? Could be she was at her home/store/gas station the first time she saw her and sent the Brother home, then saw her again on her way to work.

Right, and it is said that she IS a neighbor. Whether everyone is "neighbors" in McCleary, or she is a true, on the same block neighbor, I'm not sure.

No more than 30 minutes. It's been reported that she was there from 8:45 to 9:15. They left Lindsey's house at 8:30. LE's timeline is from 8:45 when she left until 10:00 p.m. which is her curfew.

Hey all, still in McCleary, been hitting the pavement for a while now, it's pretty hot on the st i think i'm gonna call it quits. got shots of every house on maple & more, got a couple+ stories. & a surprising shot+story. i ventured a bit to the other side of simpson too. (w/alleys) i haven't gotten to mommsen & a couple spots i'd wished, bit of a full plate. Have met friends & foes, more about that later (~2 hours)

I don't know if yall caught this on the other thread so I'm gonna try to summarize.

Remember the convo jvk had with the drunk man with the name "Eric" being put out there? Well, early this morning I was doing some digging and found the property assessment website. I put in LB's address to see exactly where it stood on E Mommsen. In doing so, I found that the actual owner of the home has the name spoken by the drunk. I have no clue if the same, but it might answer some questions...like how did the drunk man know LB was on the internet? Maybe the owner came over to collect rent and well... u know... kids talk. I'm not saying this man is wrong of anything but maybe the drunk man did have some truth in his story. I also checked the court documents and found his name on there more than 10 times. I do not know what all that stuff means so I didn't bother tryin to give myself a headache. Here is the link to the property.

Now... JM creek & property. We could not find an address for him in McCleary so basically I went to the GIS Mapping of the area and went with my gut and just put 6th street in. I found the property using this search ... remember...just a gut feeling because I truly believe she went south on 6th. It an alternate route that could have been taken. Anyway, the property was just bought by JM on 5/12. So seems that he just moved there...

Also...I know most of us don't believe much that KK says on the other forums. She mentioned that mlachester moved from that 1st street address but we never knew what to believe with KK. I put in the address that showed for mlachester just to see the distance from her home to LB's and realized that they are pretty close to one another & that the house had in fact been sold...very recently ...6/5/09. So maybe there was some truth to KK's posts.

Excellent work, CajunGirl! Very interesting! Do you happen to have the court records site handy? I wouldn't mind looking those up for myself.

Landlords have access to utility records, too. I am not sure about internet servers etc., but possible. We also are aware that some unsavory landlords have other ways of finding out about what goes on in the homes.

hey all, i am in mccleary, brought laptop this time. made an odd discovery behind the beerbower park, screw driver stuck in a tree 7ft up, reported it. (probly still there..) it's hot. there's still searching going on w/some dogs & etc, still handing out papers on the road too. bout to start taking the st pics also i noticed a small bridge behind the PD near the park ^ took a couple pics, it might be off mommsen but i'm not sure yet taking plenty of pics will check back later

I have out of town company and just logged on for the first time today -YOU ARE AWSOME for taking pics and posting them...nothing gives the real feel for a community like pics taken by someone interested. Thanks to those who put up all the many links, maps, and info.
