I can't find any updates that Mark Frisby has been to court yet.

I searched the King County court records website and found the charge filed against Mark Frisby, filed in November of 2022. The charge is: 9A.32.050(1)(A) MURDER-2 NO PREMED/DEATH OF ANTHR on 11/08/2011

It's been continued numerous times for various reasons including an evaluation of competency and a few changes in counsel.
