Looks like the mom's ex bf has a big list of cases on Washington Courts. Does anyone know how to find out what the cases are regarding???

I did a search for him on Douglas County website and it shows that his house is being foreclosed on. The proceedings list a wife. Interesting? She also has a business with the same address as his. Could this be something to do with it?

Click on the first result for Member to Member Marketplace for Your HBA and find the guy's construction company which is listed at that address.

Anyone know how long someone can be held on these charges? Also, why is there no bail posted? Has it not been determined yet?

I have just been informed that the bf is no longer at that location. Due to the nature of this case and he has not been named as being involved, I will no longer post his location or the location of others not mentioned by the LE. I'm very sorry to whoever I have upset.

Strictly speculation, I think at this point. Just interesting the timing on the arrests and the circle of friends? Do you have anything to add?

Greydiggity, I think that the DOC discip hold refers to a dept. of Corrections hold which probably means that CR was paroled or placed on probation in a previous case and has done something (missed an aapt w/his DOC officer, failed an UA, etc) to possibly revoke his probation/parole. I believe that he could be held for as long as he would have remaining on his sentence. It is also possible that if he is under suspection in this case that LE brought him in on some technicallity to hold him while they continue to investigate. Note: I have ONE degree of seperation from CR as well as the fact that the police showed up at my house a couple of years ago looking for him (I have lived at my home for 20 years).
Prob Viol. is basically the same thing only it is definately for someone who in on probation. So DR could be held for as long as his sentance was for when he was put on probation.
Grey, can you tell me how they may be involved? I am trying to get cought up.

From the info that I have from someone who knows him: not a very nice guy, constantly in trouble, bad temper, probably involved in drugs.

As I said before he is very violent. He attempted to shoot one of my family members but missed.

The current/ex BF or what ever he is of Mom was taken in and questioned Monday and relased.

I heard and this is just rumor that he is now back with Mom.

It does seem strange that on a Tuesday night when she had pending plans that she would risk being late and attend a party? That doesn't add up. I think it all comes back to her AUNT who stated that MAC told her she was meeting up with someone when she was leaving the salon. So being at the dock sounds like it was a scheduled meeting.

I think it's been talked about on here before that Mac's aunt has posted on her FB page about the meeting.

Here is the text from a post I made back on Feb. 16. Here is the link to the post directly:

Mac's aunt/cousin (family member -- I'm not sure of the connection) found through her FB page posted in response to someone's question (where was she last seen?):

"In Wenatchee ... She was at beauty school and apparently met someone outside. It's pretty sketchy about where she went from there. Scary......just prayers and more prayers"

Not posting link because she's an innocent party, but the info seems interesting. I wonder if she has inside info or if she's speculating.

I don't know if this info was just not paid attention to at the time or what. I thought it was important and that's why I posted it...maybe it'll get the attention it deserves now.

1. In the first corner, we have our current person of interest. BF of WC (I feel like Nancy Grace)
2. In the next corrner, we have Mac.
3. Introducing in the center of the ring... the past, previous, prior, ex (?) wife of our current person of interest.
After doing some heavy digging, and with the help of public records, I can see that POI's house is in forclosure. (thanks to a fellow websleuther)
In joint ownership of the forclosure is the POI's wife. (initials held back with respect of her non-involvement) YET easily accessible!
Interestingly enough, I discovered that in late Jan, the ex, wife, whatever gives birth to a baby boy. (just 5 weeks ago!)
The birth is listed with mother only.
SO, perhaps (and this is where my motive comes in...) Mac finds out about the BF of her mom has been seeing his ex again. She has a baby. Now Mac threatens to tell her mom (who is currently dating said POI)
He snaps and voila.
POI has tax issues, and pending bancrupcy, and has a residence listed in the same place as Mac's mom?
I have said enough. Strictly my own thoughts and opinions, but MAN it feels good when I hit things dead on. Or close, anyway...
