Police and Skagit County Coroner's Office is requesting the help of the public in identifying the victim, who was believed to be in his 30s, approximately 5'6" to 5'8" inches tall and medium complexion. He died from his injuries after he was struck by a train on July 29, 2022 in Mount Vernon.
He was wearing well-maintained dark running pants, a dark long-sleeved shirt and a neon green, “The Walking Drunk” T-shirt. The victim was not carrying any identification at the time of the accident. The man had evidence of consistent dental care and shoulder surgery.
