So I went by and took a closer look....nothing new to report really....just that he does have a missing poster outside and that there were people there but still not sure if he was.

Is it me or is it odd to anyone else that the church Rachael and CC went to, has only made 2 comments on Rachael missing? One at 1:49 pm on the 20th of April and one at 9:31 on the 20th of April......

I do not attend church but from what I see and hear from others, when something like this happens, it isn't something the church just sits back and soaks up.
And notice that the church bases itself around men, like the Men's Fellowship Night that keeps coming up. Maybe if it was CC missing it would be a different story to them???? JMO.

I was just going to bring that up. I thought it was very strange indeed. IMO, anytime I've been a member of a church and anything semi-catastrophic happened, the church family is all over it. I found that VERY strange.

That was my point....Doesn't anyone find it TOTALLY SQUIRRELY that they send a FB msg that they have been ask to search for Rachael at 1:49 pm (in Lewiston) and they will be leaving at 2:00 pm.......11 minutes later...come on or am I missing something!!!!!! Did you see anyone post on how the "search" went?

Let's step back and take a look at the big picture:

Monday reported missing, cell phone tracked to "field" location of LAST ping. So wouldn't they know of previous pings going back to the Friday before and during the Fri-Mon time frame? Her phone would have surely charged down in this amount of time...no? Wouldn't the detective she was working with know of the auto situation...who she borrowed a car from and where the damaged car was being repaired. Wouldn't CC be right up there with the next logical person to speak too? He has her car and provided loaner, he is the estranged hubby....Yet we NEVER, ONCE heard mention of this guy. NEVER is his name mentioned. NEVER is his business mentioned. NEVER that her own car was at his business for repairs. The last place she was "seen" was Friday night...where were the cell pings that day and that night specifically. LE surely spoke to him Monday and Tuesday there was a request from "someone" to the church for a search. (YO-heads up we are leaving for a search in 10 minutes!!) Wed at approximating noon the Yukon was found in Lewiston. Thursday (night) they do a search of "a building and car" where she was reportedly last seen. Taking any evidence they deemed necessary and sending it to the labs. Mention of shed rented by her and "background" information contained in it IF they are granted a warrant. They also searched the Yukon on Thursday, after taking evidence from the vehicle on Wednesday and sending it to the crime lab. Friday they find her phone in the Yukon and looking at it for clues. The following Thursday, LE has no new info, but continue to work hard and follow leads in the case. The following day (Fri) the last news report from the area comes out about the case---unless I've missed something?

Why no mention of filing for divorce? Anything to do with CC is being avoided like the plague in being MENTIONED. Why? This is not normal in a missing person's case--to totally avoid this much connection to a X--and it not be brought out. They aren't saying he is a POI and they aren't saying he has been cleared. They aren't saying anything and the media has stop asking questions...they are only there to report the news---not investigate. Sorta like the annoucement of a ice cream social at the local park next Saturday.!!

Since when have you heard of a missing woman's case(who had been harassed, stalked and her property damaged for MONTHS) never mentioning the fact that she was in the gist of divorce and the X's name never being mentioned. If we were to go by all the reporting....we wouldn't even know she was married!!!! Any thread between RA and CC has been virtually cut. And yes, where is he now? Do we have another Josh Powell on our hands? A hubby, who after his wife just disappears, gets up and moves? The reporting on this has been superficial, toe tipping in the shallows, and almost neglectful. About as clear as mud.

Sorry the post is so long and probably rambling/redundant, but WTH is going on here?

hollyblue, you hit the nail right on the head. I have even talked to a few friends in TX who are in LE. They said that in their experience, most missing adults are usually runaways, but in the cases where it truly is suspicious (like this one) LE will release something, and if not, the news is ALL over it. IMO, nothing makes sense. I go over and over it expecting for something to click. It's like its on the tip of my tongue. I'm even dreaming about it, but I always wake up before I realize what I'm missing.

So I woke up this morning thinking WTH??? 1st news said that a "neighbor" was the last to see her ...Correct? (It is stated that in the early news reports) THEN it was changed to her last being seen in Moscow, A. I want to know WHY we can't KNOW WHO was the LAST one to see her in Moscow? Makes no sense they can't say "a business owner" "her estranged husband" "a passerby" WHY can't we even know that. B. Has it dawned on anyone else that we haven't even heard what she was last seen WEARING?????? If 2 people had seen her on Friday, 1 being a neighbor early on in the day/evening and 1 being in Moscow, SURELY someone has to know what she was wearing. I don't know about anyone else but THAT little bit of information would help me know if I am supposed to be looking for a pair of white,blue,black,green.pink,purple,yellow.....etc and you get my point..... pants/shirt/shoes/coat...again you get my point.
I have to share that I went to Barnes and Noble lastnight to buy a book on reading a forensic astrology chart, and the weirdest thing, the lady that was helping me just happened to be an astrologer AND her best friend is a psychic medium... so this case of what I know and don't know is now laying in her hands. I told her there are a bunch of us that are missing something, we feel we have missed a huge detail but can't figure out what it is. So I am super excited to have a fresh pair of eyes taking a look to see if THEY can find something WE have missed. I will keep you all posted on that!

You are SO right on here! 1Forevery1 and I are on the same page too. Nancy Grace can't even put this on her show unless she gets SOMETHING from LE and she's not getting anything. Even with LE and the family, they have gone quiet. With every other missing woman case with an estranged husband, the husband is named and I have heard NO mention of CC in this case, except through friends and family members. I am SO scared that people are just going to go on about their daily lives while a wonderful person who meant so much to many is just GONE. Why the tip toeing? Can someone in town go to his business and verify that he's in town? Fapone mentioned that he said to her that he was thinking of moving. Why aren't LE asking him to account for his every single move since Friday??? We have heard that he is a smooth talker, but police should be able to see beyond the BS!

I had a thought last night -- of looking at the sociopathic or psychopathic personality disorders and then seeing if we can find anyone (maybe Fapone???) who can say if it sounds like him. People do not just disappear!

hollyblue, I havent STOPPED thinking MAYBE that is what she did. BUT I just DO NOT see it happening. She would not absolutely WOULD NOT do that to her kids, let alone her family. There HAS to be something we are missing. I was REALLY hopeful LE was going to pull their heads out and at least give us SOMETHING more to go on. What is also irritating is not being able to ask certain questions on the girls' page because every one seems to want to keep it positive and prayerful. Which I am all for but HELLO we DO have some questions!

I would stake my LIFE on the fact that she did NOT just catch a bus and not care about the anguish. I know her. Her kids and family were EVERYTHING to her. She would NEVER cause them the pain they are going through now. NOT EVER.

I am finding this whole "investigation" bizarre, to say the least. Please forgive me if I have said that before-but come on!!
