FINALLY actually named him the POI

The federal case against Charles A. Capone names him as a person of interest in the disappearance of his estranged wife Rachael Anderson, who has been missing for three weeks.

His detention hearing is set for 3 PM Monday (pacific or mountain? more logistical problems) to determine if he can be held or placed on bond. The daughters were ask to testify at this hearing. I can't imagine he will be given bond because of flight risk and the fear of many in the area. The girls, the gun seller, and former housemate to name a few that we know of. Remember Fapone said she talked to him the day after RA's disappearance and he mentioned of possibly moving back to AZ...the same day he reportedly moved from the Viola residence. He was already looking to bail...and his next victim to "use". :furious:
I'm sure they are and have been going over quite a few phone and bank records...and don't forget the surveillance videos. I just wonder how many surveillance cameras can be found between say Viola and Lewiston. I live in a city with interstate hwys, so there are cameras EVERYWHERE. Do locals know if any traffic lights in Moscow or Lewiston may show the Yukon or if Hwy 95 could even have cameras? Also, hunters, BLM personnel, and others making scientific studies may lead to cameras in the so called "wilderness" or open fields.

I think word spread of the "task force" and a few peoples tighty whities became sweat laden and started to bunch.

None-Also-there are lots and lots of back roads, unpaved, etc. from Viola/Moscow area to Lewiston.

I found 4 Idaho department of transportation cameras on lewiston hill. And of course it would depend where you drove of course. There are cameras at all banks, things like that. But like the previous poster said you could get most of the way between viola and lewiston without ever driving on paved roads.

This is about the only reason I hate weekends. Seems like we sit and wait and wait and wait. I hate it . Nothing new today. Girls are continuing on with their bake sale and silent auction. Hoping for some news sometime soon.

I was hoping the arrest would produce something by now. I know fapone said he wouldn't implicate himself and that's been worrying me. I am feeling more and more panicked...like she needs to be found!!! It seems like LE has gone quiet again. I wonder if we have another big break coming soon?

I wonder if his friends have more information. With the information they provided with regard to the gun, I wonder if they know more?? My fear is him totally closing up and there being NO resolution. It scares me that he took a gun to follow her!

I hope he crumbles like a cookie. I hope a birdie tells him his gig is up. I hope he is just flat TIRED of the games and the running. Needless to say we all have alot of hopes. But I think when it comes down to it, the LE is going to pull through for us with the information that they have. It seems to me that it will all come in big bursts. I just hope Rachael is found soon.

The real problem is (just like one of her daughters mentioned) IF he had anything to do with Rachael being missing......and IF he kept Rachael alive....she has now been alone for over 48 hours.....

I agree Info123! I'm hoping LE had leads to where she might be and are following them as quickly as they can! Unless he has someone who is in cahoots with him and is taking care of her -- hence the friends.

I can't visualize any of this...I have to force myself not to or it hurts way too much. She was taken in by his due to her good nature. I can't imagine anyone hurting her.
