After working on the map and looking at it for sometime...I going to stick my neck out and say she's in St Joe's National Forest. Especially after hearing Fapone say he would laugh at Holbrook....so maybe since she worked at St Joe's and this was in his backyard at the time....just sayin. All he had to do was walk out the back door and turn right to go down the back roads..or up 95 a few miles, make a right on to 6 and he's there.

Yawn. Where is this guy from? Any relationship to the guy that drew a bunch of stick figure maps to "lead" people to where Mackenzie Cowell's killer was supposedly hiding? Haven't followed that in awhile so I don't recall his name, but also don't remember him going on video. Just driving people to his web site.

I'm all for whatever a reputable psychic can bring to the table, but this guy put me to sleep in the first 30 seconds or so.

Still catching up on today, so bear with me if this has already been clarified. I share that confusion. Unless CC moved his shop since these images were taken, PMS is further south and on the WEST side of HYW 95 (Plantation on the east side), but the business sign at the PMS location google shows is NOT clearly readable, so I'm not sure if it has keyed on the correct spot (can barely see Yamaha logo over door of white bldg with blue trim).

But if I am following, that is not correct (bldg with non-readable-but-maybe-PMS sign at the further south locale) -- so shopped either moved or always was NORTH, to the east side of Hwy 95, essentially behind the Chinese restaurant, and directly NORTH of the Plantation (which my old eyeballs tells me is right where I expected it to be). Plantation back off the road enough you can't read signs, and not much to look at even if you could get closer (always better after dark of course).

Is that correct 123?? NSEW directions help me better, as "left" is relative to whatever direction you are facing on the map.

Right I got that, and I agree it is possible. Also the haha she is closer then you think type thing coming from CC. Which puts it just about anywhere he frequents if that is the case. BUT I still don't think he put her/left her in Moscow "area" mainly because if what fapone says about him never admitting it, Moscow points right to him if/when she is found because as far as we "know" she had no other business in Moscow. JMO.

Kevin McNeil is a giant wackadoodle and inserts himself into any case he can. He has been known to harass family members and friends of the missing. As details come out through the media or are discussed on blogs, his "viewings" change with the wind to include the new details.

It is hard in a small community like this with people being friends of the victim and LE not communicating all the info they have. I will say this to attack the fathers of the sons or discredit them when they are taking care of the children is uncalled for, I know some of these posts have been removed but this is what I'm referring to and it is not anyone in paticular I just know there has been some unnecessary banter towards least one of the fathers and speculations have been there about both. For whatever reasons RA and them seperated are between them and of course most times people only get one side of the story and tend to side with their friend. I happen to know both fathers and can tell you they are very supportive and caring of their children and the ex before CC gave her everything she wanted/needed. I have never met RA but I have met her sons and their fathers have been family friends for years one with me and one with my mother. I will say this RA was very aware and had full knowledge of CC's past and criminal record and the fathers are and very well should be upset that their sons were ever exposed to this man. I am not saying this to get people worked up or start saying no she would never have been with this sort of man because the fact is she did know, her youngest sons father knew and did not think it was in her or her childrens best interest to hook up with this guy especially after not knowing him very long. For Christmas he spanked her 11 year old, took all of his presents and crushed them and threw all of her's out...there was other abuse these poor innocent boys and RA should not have been exposed to as well. We are all greatly concerned for her and have the hope she will be brought home safe for her sake and her childrens sake. We all should be respecting her children & their FATHERS right now and thank God that they have caring fathers that love and support them. It could be worse they could have deadbeat dads that weren't here for them right now but they are and these two men who were not friends at all before are now coming together and working together for the sake of their sons. No her sons do not remember where they went camping or hunting, trust me I tried for an hour to jar her oldests memory, they do not remember because the time spent with CC was not fun or enjoyable. They love their mother and miss her SO MUCH and ask what if mommy never comes home, but they could care less for him and I can say that I for one am glad these little boys will not be subjected to this creep anymore and it is very sad that their mother just very well may never come home to her children because of this monster. Life is about our children plain and simple, I don't care how much of a friend I am to someone, if they are doing things or involving their children in situations that are not in the best interest of their children or themselves I will be and am the first one to step up and voice my concerns and I wish with all my heart that someone had done this with RA. I cannot say everyone knew about CC, I know the oldest sons father did not know a thing until recently, the youngest sons father just adored her so much and assumed she was old enough and wise enough to make good decisions and sometimes we just think it's none of our business. But as we all can tell at this point she was blind sided...the warning signs were there, please people think of your children first because without you they are lost. :furious:

This is so sad. My heart breaks for those boys. Thank God they have solid suppot from their fathers. And it is so great that the Dad's are coming together. The boy's will benefit from that. I don't envy their father's predicament. But kudos to them.

OK, so talking to someone yesterday (this person is family and got direct from LE) found out:

LE stated that they may have enough circumstantial evidence to charge CC for murder1 which they will want the death penalty, but would offer plea bargain of manslaughter if he can tell us where she is
found out that his hunting riffles were also confinscated. Don't know how many, where or why it's not public.
Found out that her loaner car found in Lew on Wed was confirmed to have been seen on the Mon by two diff people. 1 dude was living in a camping trailer on the back of his truck and was parked behind Dyna Mart and the other dude lives across the street and his window faced the car. Don't know why they didn't call in seeing it. Suppose they just didn't put 2 and 2 together or maybe hadn't heard the news until then.
Also found out that CC was convincing RA that the stalking and harassment was coming from another dude (who I asked Officer Hally about and he has been cleared). IMO CC did all the damage to her car, knowing she would turn to him to help fix it, since after all it was this other dude harassing her and not CC?! RIGHT!
OK, so I guess I was baiting (not on purpose), but couldn't decide if I should say anything, but it will be publicly known eventually. Again, this is info slipped from LE, so I doubt anyone will confirm nor deny any of this

A friend (dont know who) confessed to LE that he gave CC a ride back to Moscow after CC dropped RA's loaner car off in Lewiston. This is what I have suspected from the get go. I fully believe that what ever he did to RA happened in his shop, he had 2.5 days to cover it up and get rid of evidence, and then drove loaner car down to Lewiston at bus stop to both make it look like she possibly got on a bus and left (and I used to work at Dyna Mart and they do sell tickets there, it's not just a "stop") and to throw LE off the hot trail in Moscow. Not a smart move to leave her purse in her car along with belongings because if he wanted to make it look like she got on the bus and left, he messed up big time. Every woman knows they don't go any where, especially when you are traveling on a bus, or what ever means of transport with out your purse which hers contained not 1 but 2 cell phones. Was believed that she was going to get rid of the one that CC had the # to and the 2nd was going to be her new one that CC would not have the # to. She did this right after he chocked her in Jan also cause she called us to give us the # and warned us that CC might come to our house (which he did).

So again, this is info from a trusted family member who got it from LE. I apologize to moderator for doing something against TOS. Was not intentional. I am going to talk to Detective Nichols in a few hours. Might have some confirmation or maybe get any other info, but I doubt it. Will keep everyone posted.

The St. Joe's National Forest is east of Viola--if you zoom out enough it is labeled.

I'll post a link to the area also. It's for a bed and breakfast, but gives a good description of the area. Specifically about elk hunting. I think he prolly went hunting and camping in this area. Just minutes away from where he was staying...even on dirt roads.

Yes indeed on the death penalty. And more likely to get carried out than if it is determined a murder took place on the WA side of the border. Death penalty there, but they tend to go all squeamish about carrying them out. Haven't looked up stats on that to back it up, but based on word amongst the populace in WA.

I think lethal injection only now in both states. WA also used to hang, but that may have gone away. I think was because some morbidly obese guy screamed about how that would be cruel and unusual punishment and sued them into submission. I don't recall if they managed to stick a needle in is obeseness to get the job done or how that one eventually shook out. Might still be on the books as an option, but I don't think they'd every really consider it anymore. MOO

Regardless of which side of the border though, the option to do away with him is legally on the table, if they got a Murder 1 conviction.

Then judge said, "nope, can't treat this killer cruelly" and since killer had right to refuse injection, gets sentence commuted to life. But of course he needs to continue to supersize that order of fries for the rest of his life to avoid being executed.

I vacillate on the subject, but truly believe like kinds should be sent to an island somewhere with a club and a pair of goats or cows....surveillance could be rather cheap and it wouldn't cost the tax payer out the ying yang for housing, policing, even rather not-- to worry about the death penalty. Things to do in Cases When There's No News:

- Go back through threads and collect what you think are the top ten most important links in the case, make a list of them, and post them. These lists would be great for both those familiar with the case, as well as people new to the case.

- If there's no timeline for the case, create one and post it, or begin one that others could add to. Find the most recent timeline, update it, and post it. If an existing timeline doesn't need updating, check to see if it's been posted within the last three pages of the most recent thread, and if not, go ahead and post it again for people new to the case to read.

- Write up your own recap of the story of the case and post it. Great for people who are new to the case, plus you get to give a voice to the victim.

- Go back and collect the known facts of the case, along with their source links, and post them. If you don't have time to collect all of them, just do whatever you have time for, and ask for others to add to it.

- Write up your own theory of what happened in the case and post it. Great to get others thinking about and posting on the case, and bring attention to it.

- Find a picture of the victim that hasn't been posted for a while, and post it so there's always a face to put with the victim's name, reminding people that the victim is a real person.

- Research to see if there's an updated missing poster and post it or link to it so it can be printed and distributed.

- Find the most recent map(s) of significant locations, update them if necessary, or just post the list of links if it hasn't been posted in the last few pages. If there's already a map created with one tool, create one with another tool that might give a different perspective. Maps can be created with Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/), Bing (http://www.bing.com/maps/?FORM=Z9LH7), and other online tools.

- Check Google News or Interceder (http://interceder.net/) for the most recent news story, and post it with a note that it's the most recent story on the case.

- Humanize the victim - see if you can find some of the victim's favorite things, make a list, and post them. Did you find the victim's favorite song? - Write up a recap of the victim's story, or a particular aspect of the case that interests or puzzles you, in your very own unique way, and post it.

- Find all the Nancy Grace transcripts for all the shows about the case, make a list of the links, and post them. http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/ng.html

- Add to this list of things to do and re-post it. Please send me your ideas too!
