Well, yeah, but how much credence can you give to a bunch of folks out drinking on a Friday night? Less likely to remember correctly, and it still does not help find her. However if she was spotted say later in the evening in Lewiston or Clarkston, then it could mean CC didn't do the deed in Moscow. Of course, we are still back at square one as to where he left her. He had ample time over the weekend to take her a ways away, and you can bet if this was planned, and not heat of the moment, he had it out of her within 5 minutes that the boys were at their fathers' for entire weekend and she wouldn't likely be missed before sometime on Monday.

Heck, maybe "they" drove up to CDA to recapture the magic of their wedding night (in his demented mind) and she went MIA twixt CDA and Lewiston/Clarkston.

Fapone -- when again did he call? Wasn't first call on April 17, after she was last seen, but BEFORE anyone else knew she was missing (and he stated plans to sell business and move to AZ?). And then again on the 20th AFTER it was made known she was missing? He just HAD to follow up that first call when all of a sudden people noticed and cared Rachael was missing, and play the "woe is me, I miss her so much" card to make his previous call about moving seem purely coincidental and unrelated.

Yes, I think we keep coming back to square one. I suspect LE has a good idea from their searches where he killed her, dependent on results of forensics, which could take weeks or months. Or if she was moved (deceased) in that Yukon, OR in one of his other customers vehicles.

Have they had cadaver dogs over the Yukon and every car that was on CC's business property from April 16-19? Doubtful local LE even has resources to do that, but you'd think they'd start with the Yukon and any vehicles owned by CC or Rachael and work outwards from there.

Scene of death and scene of remains could be anywhere within a couple hundred miles of Moscow if that Yukon wasn't back in Lewiston prior to Monday the 19th at the very earliest.

All of that presumes Rachael is deceased and CC is responsible. In my opinion, Occam's razor points only one direction right now, but of course we don't know the whole story.

So, we sit. And wait. Thump, thump, thump go the fingers on the table, and... :banghead: :banghead: :banghead: goes the head on the desk.

I was more thinking bartender/cocktails.... but yes you have a good point here!

I have heard a rumor that the Yukon was found at the Dynamart in the employee parking lot. And that it wasn't there that long because none of the employees had noticed it. If it is true, then the Yukon was not there right after she disappeared... it was there days later. I know someone who worked there and they said that they would have noticed someone else's car parked there.

The Yukon was found the Wed after she went missing. It was actually dropped off either sun night or mon morning. The 3rd ex husband and father of her youngest told me that LE slipped up and told him that a friend of CC has come forward and confessed to taking him back to Moscow after CC dropped off the Yukon. It was also confirmed to have been seen in the spot behind Dyna Mart by the person who lives across the street and a person that had been "camping" in his trailer on Mon. They know it had been there since Mon, but for some reason, didn't call it in. My guess is that they just hadn't heard the news or put 2 and 2 together that the Yukon they saw was the one LE was looking for.

RB's association is still a huge question for me. He does biological work (plant dna for the most part I believe) Location, Pullman/WSU. WSU operates an incinerator----what if CC figured out/obtained access to that???
http://facops.wsu.edu/incinerator_faq.asp
What is the mission of the WSU Incinerator?

The WSU Incinerator supports Washington State University's missions by managing the Universities Veterinary Teaching Hospital and Research medical and pathalogical waste stream in an efficient, effective and safe manner.

Yeah.....WSU has a pretty large Vet school/learning hospital...I am sure it is used to dispose of animals that don't make it and don't have owners to bury them or owners that would like them to be cremated. But I would think you would have to have specific clearance to use it and that security is pretty tight.

EWWWW I don't even WANT to think about that...although you make a good point.

It is one of the top Vet schools in the country and they have some of the most sophisticated diagnostic and treatment technologies available including MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy and radiation therapy...which is why I say they must have pretty good security and possibly even staff 24 hours a day...

If you click on the waste management link it states.........."Administrators and principal investigators are responsible for ensuring that medical, pathological and low-level radioactive wastes generated by WSU units are collected, stored and disposed of in a safe and sanitary manner." I think it is pretty well regulated...

I have to take my Boxer dog in to WSU eye clinic later this week. I have heard they are the best for treating animals -- crossing my fingers!! That's what got me thinking about the possibility of the incinerator. Was just a thought and I hope I'm wrong!!!!

I hope RB was instrumental in giving LE a lot of info on CC in those months.

They are the best. I know lots of people that have taken animals there and have never heard a bad thing.......well except for the bill...your boxer will be in great hands.

Maybe someday we will be lucky enough to find out!

I agree they need a spokesperson, and could do much more, but so could the X hubbies who have the boys now. What are they doing to find RA? The girls are very young and have children of their own. They need to work and take of them. It can't be easy for them....time or money wise. Seems they are all alone in this, except for moral support. The community needs to become involved....someone needs to help them organize all these things mentioned by PC.

I am absolutely 100% OFFENDED by this comment and in no way feel I need to explain mine or my husbands actions to ANYONE on here. I am not trying to offend anyone else. These are my personel feelings and do not agree in ANY WAY to this post.

MOSCOW - The Rachael Anderson Task Force is hoping to get more information from Charles Capone.

Capone is being held in the Boundary County Jail without bail on federal charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon.

Captain Dan Hally, of the Asotin County Sheriff's Office, and a lead investigator on the task force, said Monday that Capone's statements to the media that he wants to talk to investigators, would be welcome, if that is what he really wants to do.

Capt. Hally, please oblige him.....please.

Glad we have something from the media, but I have a few questions.

There's that Boundary Co. again as opposed to Bonner??? And whose house is that in the video?? That's not the one we see Amber rushing down the steps?

Anyone want to venture what he wants to tell LE? Or is he just wanting to talk to see what they have?

Methinks KLEW strikes again. Boundary County only about 11,000 strong, and I imagine their jail is small enough you could spit from one side to the other.

Bonner Jail is fairly new and pretty large (comparatively speaking) and likely better suited for federal prisoners. Then again, maybe some good old-fashioned small-town sheriff's mentality and lots of cement is just what CC needs!

Regarding the video, who the heck proofread that billboard? Blue eyes? I imagine it was free, but still. At least they seem to have gotten the all-important phone number correct.

Almost as bad as KREM giving her "brown hair and black eyes" for the 7-10 days or so they even bothered to give Rachael's story space.

Catching up after long work day -- did I miss some histrionics? Could use a good soap opera just now -- but please, no killings! Life too short to get ruffled by the comments of a stranger not familiar with your family dynamic. My :twocents: only of course.

As far as WSU, I can't fathom they wouldn't have incredibly strict security around that incinerator use, or let anybody who simply does some contract work for the university waltz in and use it. You have to be darn sure of what you are incinerating, even schools, or expect an unfriendly visit from the EPA and/or other govt nasties.

Talk CC, talk already!!! Natives are growing restless and short on that patience thing.
