If Capone wants to talk to investigators, they want to listen

Captain Dan Hally, of the Asotin County Sheriff's Office, and a lead investigator on the task force, said Monday that Capone's statements to the media that he wants to talk to investigators, would be welcome, if that is what he really wants to do.

Hally said they continue to review data along with new tips about the whereabouts of Rachael Anderson and her contacts on April 16th in Moscow and Clarkston.

When did he talk to the media? Interview? How, when, what, where....normal media questions. What are your thoughts on what he may want to say to LE?

I think Wilcox said that CC said he wanted to "give his side of the story" to the media, but had to get permission from his attorneys. They probably told him to keep his pie hole shut!

I think if anything he wants to bleed the oh so poor pitiful wrongly accused me card...
Just my opinion but it seems to be the best card the man knows how to play. Maybe he thinks he can sweet talk his way out of this one like he has all the others. I am curious to know what is being said behind bars, I bet he never thought he would be sitting there as long as he has.

I am also curious if anyone is working his business for him. Or what is going on around there. Info123 would probably be our best source for that one!

Just so many things keep going around and around and around. Something needs to be said and done for Rachael's sake!

If they were remotely decent (as in good at their jobs) attorneys, that is precisely what they should have done. Muzzle him. Not that I'd necessarily trust a thing he has to say anyway, but boy am I curious, and if it were on film, just so much more to pick apart!

I have not seen any activity at his shop since he was arrested. I will pull in tonight and see if there is a note or something around.

That is the Idaho Federal Court Calander web site....but I was watching every day last time and never saw his last hearing on there...so who knows.

I had asked that because I had heard that he had a hearing on the 27th.. wasn't sure how to find out for sure. So thank you for that. GOOD TO KNOW. I asked AC if she knew about it and of course she didn't . Makes me sad that LE doesn't even keep them up to date on that.

She is a fairly new Federal Judge she took the bench in 2008 and has mostly handeled labor and employment law...she also has several prisoner civil rights cases before her right now...
