I counted 14 cases where Rachel was the defendant, in Municipal & District Court Cases. There were multiple Rachel Norris listings, but the other Rachels had a different middle name. I didn't count the listings that didn't include the correct middle name.

Klickitat County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call late Saturday morning reporting that a car was over the bank of State Route 14 near milepost 105.

When deputies arrived, a vehicle door was open and no one was inside, he said. Songer’s office sent planes to try to locate the driver. Hours later, they found a body at the bottom of a cliff along the Columbia River, several hundred yards from the car.

While a positive identification is pending an autopsy, the department is 99% certain it is the body of Rachel Lorraine Norris, 38, who has been missing since her Wapato apartment burned in mid-November.

How bizarre that she had all that happen to her, with the apartment fire, then going to her sisters house she disappears and is now found off the road and into water.

The car door being open would indicate she got out of the car, so she was alive when the car went in to the water.

Rest her soul. It’s not official yet but they are pretty sure it’s her. I hope the police figure out what happened to this poor lady that had so many negative things happen to her. JMO

Heartbreaking. It sounds like she may have been on the verge of moving on in life.

for the record, those court records in her name were not for felonies - most likely traffic infractions or the like. In WA state felony case numbers take the format (YR)-1-xxxxxx. Example: 19-1-023456

A missing Wapato woman's body was found Sunday near Goldendale after Klickitat County Sheriff's deputies say she fell off a cliff near the Columbia river.

Deputies say they do not suspect any foul play took place but they are still investigating along with Washington State Patrol.

The Yakima County Sheriff's office say they are paying closer attention to missing indigenous people.

Klickitat County Sherrif's office said it looked like Norris crashed her car before wondering off a cliff.

They do not believe drugs or alcohol played any role in Norris' death.

Rachel does have an obit. Just cant link to it. My fault not theirs.

How many horrible things can happen to one woman?
