i found out in the last few days that he went back to montana
that ticks me off
Don't worry, when LE is ready they can get him back! LE cannot call him a suspect unless they have evidence that conclusively points to him. And they can't stop him from going out of state until they have enough evidence to arrest. And an absence of evidence to show that someone else was in the car isn't enough to make an arrest. They will have to find some proof that he was the shooter.
Gun fired in the car, residue will be on everything and everyone inside the car. Pepper spray sprayed in the car, will be on everything and everyone inside the car. Which means LE can't use those things to rule someone else out.
My question would be, who did the pepper spray belong to? IMO if a man wants protection he is more likely to buy a gun or a taser. But a woman is more likely to buy pepper spray. I know, not every man or every woman, but most. It just seems more likely to me that the pepper spray probably belonged to her. So where did she keep it? In her purse or the car? Would he know exactly where to find it and would it have been easy to grab?
The guy was allegedly struggling with the alleged hitchhiker, driving, being shot in the hand,
looking for the pepper spray and spraying the spray. Does he wear a cape with a big S on it or something?
My theory would be that they were arguing in the car, he was driving. He struck out at her, maybe pulled hair. She pulled the pepper spray and sprayed him. He pulled over, and wiped his eyes, angry and in pain. He pulled a gun and shot her. He considers he has a problem, he wipes down the pepper spray and gun, comes up with a scenario to cover the crime. Since he is in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night, hitchhiker becomes a natural scapegoat. He had to explain the pepper spray, so in his story he as macho man used the spray. I wonder if they found his prints on it or no prints?
