According to the Sheriff's Office, 16-year-old Sierra N. Quattlebaum was last seen on May 12 around 11:30 p.m. in downtown Spokane near West 4th Avenue and South Wall Street.
She was reported missing by a family member on May 13 around 7:30 a.m.
The sheriff's office says it doesn't know if Sierra is still in Spokane County or if she left the area.
Sierra is a 16-year-old Indigenous girl. She is around 5 feet 2 inches, 110 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a black zip-up hoodie and black jogging pants. The sheriff's office says she has the word "Queen" tattooed on her left hand and "Up" on her right leg
