I'm not gitana, but I asked the same questions with the same example/Skelton case somewhere in one of these threads. gitana explained the difference as JB claiming abduction when in the Skelton boys case dad claims he handed off to someone. She explained in order to hold JB on custodial interference they would have to prove she handed Sky off to someone.

This case is just so out there, isn't it? Mom is so "devastated" she can't show up to the custody hearing for the daughter whom she states was sexually abused by the father who was just granted custody.

It won't bring Sky home but I truly pray Julia is held responsible to the fullest extent of the law and is not given a pass, as many mothers are, simply because her life wasn't something out of a 50's sitcom. JMO

Oh, and according to Julia, visitation is a "right?" What about Solomon's "right" to visit with his children for the past 10 months? Funny how different things look when the shoe is on the other foot.
